This includes the new Twelve Days of Christmas at Hogwarts event, which is live now until December 14.

The Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Twelve Days of Christmas event decorates the game world with Christmas decorations, including Hogwarts itself as well as Hogsmeade. While there should be plenty for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery players to do in-game during the Twelve Days of Christmas at Hogwarts event, there is also a social media contest going on as well. Developer Jam City is giving away currency and exclusive cosmetic rewards to fans that are active on the Hogwarts Mystery Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages. Additionally, fans can enter a sweepstakes for the chance to win Harry Potter merchandise.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery may not be quite as popular as it was when it first launched, but dedicated fans have new content like this to look forward to on a consistent basis. Jam City has been sure to support the game with these seasonal events, along with substantial new features that have been added post-launch, like Patronus charms and Quidditch.

Eventually, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery will reach Year 7 in the game, and it's unclear exactly what's going to happen at that point. Perhaps the developers will continue supporting it by letting players move on from Hogwarts, or maybe the story will just reset. It's hard to say at this point, but considering how long Hogwarts Mystery Year 5 was, fans shouldn't have to worry about that for quite some time.
