As a title in an incredibly successful franchise, there is a lot of anticipation surrounding Halo Infinite. Since the upcoming Halo title was announced with an exciting trailer, players have been eager to find out more information about its story and gameplay. While there is still more to be uncovered about the game, the Halo community manager, John Junyszek, has given some insight into how fans critiques of previous titles have been taken on board for the upcoming game.

The Halo franchise has managed to cultivate an audience through its impressive gameplay and science-fiction narrative that is huge in its scope and drama. With that said small elements are vital in creating a greater experience and this seems to be the case in one of the most anticipated releases of 2020. It seems that complaints about the medal system in Halo 5 have been heard and are being addressed in Halo Infinite.

Responding to a tweet from a fan who wanted medals to be "meaningful again", Junyszek replied positively with a simple "We're definitely aware of this feedback." The tweet from the community manager also included a smiley face and fist bump emoji and was positively received by the original poster as well as other followers of the exchange. Fans will hope that other critiques of Halo 5 will also have been heard to create a title that lives up to the fan-favorite installments in the series. Halo Infinite has a huge audience to please and many will expect great things from the upcoming game, listening to the potential audience will likely put the game in a good position.

There are already theories about what should be included in Halo: Infinite to make it a success. It will be interesting to see if a game series that was once at the forefront of first-person shooting gaming, as well as online gameplay, can introduce features that will retain and build its reputation. If Halo Infinite can, while listening to the wants of fans, then players can look forward to a fantastic experience as they guide Master Chief through unique situations.

The way medals work won't make or break the upcoming Halo title but the way fans receive the game will. In this instance, it seems that the team behind Halo Infinite is paying attention to what players want. With that said, more will be revealed about the experience being delivered in Halo Infinite this July in the Xbox 20/20 event that addresses exclusive games.
