There are many in the gaming community who have been looking forward to the release of Halo Infinite for years now. Despite having been delayed, numerous fans are still excited to get their hands on Halo Infinite. Although, a particular retail outlet has now given Halo fans a pretty good reason to purchase its special edition of the game.

The delayed release of Halo Infinite left many fans upset. After all, this game has been teased for the better part of several years and only received actual gameplay footage earlier this year. Though, presumably, new features will be added to Halo Infinite as a result of the delay. However, the delay has also given some companies a chance to incentivize fans to purchase from particular outlets.

Best Buy has recently announced that in addition to the standard copy of the game, it will include a steelbook case whose design has yet to be unveiled, as well as a statue of the Master Chief as part of an exclusive bundle. The exact dimensions of the statue have not been revealed, though the design of the statue itself is very accurate and detailed.

While the statue itself is available for separate purchase, the bundle that includes the standard copy of the game, the steelbook case, and the statue clocks in at $104. It is important to note that this statue, along with a special Funko Pop variant of Master Chief, is only available at Best Buy.

While this isn't as impressive as the Master Chief helmet that came included with special copies of Halo 3, this statue is quite impressive in its own right. Unfortunately, Best Buy has not included a pre-order date for the bundle, which makes sense considering that a new release date has yet to be confirmed for Halo Infinite. Therefore, there won't be a pre-order date until the game's official release date has been announced.

In any case, this is just one more thing for fans to be excited about in terms of Halo Infinite. While the game is delayed, that doesn't mean that the developers aren't working hard to make this game the best it can be. With new, semi-open world mission types, new characters and enemies, and new gameplay mechanics, this game still looks promising to many in the gaming community and will hopefully deliver on everything that has been shown so far.

Halo Infinite will release in 2021 for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
