These curious gamers spend several hours searching the nooks and crannies of the Halo universe for random anomalies that might enhance their gameplay. Quite often, players come across some bizarre happenings in the game that a typical gamer would overlook. Glitches are another technical issue that frequently trouble Halo Infinite players, some of which are rather amusing. One player stumbled upon a Halo Infinite glitch that sends a Spartan disappearing into the background. Besides the technical oddities, many gamers are curious about other mysterious aspects of the game. Strangely, many players feel as if they don't have legs when they look down, which is a common problem in many FPS games. Redditor Blazkowicz01 has found the inexplicable reason behind the phenomenon which causes users to perceive as if they're running around without any legs. As it turns out, the culprit behind this is the "Field of View" setting in the display section.

In the video, Blazkowicz01 looks down vertically, and it can be clearly seen the player has no legs. Next, he opens his pause menu and the display settings that show a "field of view" angle with a value of 120 degrees, the maximum value. He changes this value to 78 degrees and resumes the game, and viola, there shall be legs. Almost magically, Blazkowicz01 makes legs appear out of nowhere. He changes the "field of view" angle again to 80 degrees, and the legs are gone again. This shows that 80 degrees is the threshold for the legs to be visible in Halo Infinite. In the final few seconds, he quickly moves the value between 78 and 120 degrees to make the difference even more apparent.

This video clip is a perfect example of Halo Infinite players going the extra mile to search for unusual happenings in the game. With the Halo Infinite co-op mode delayed again, fans are looking for any means possible to entertain themselves.

Thankfully, Halo fans can have some respite as 343 Industries announced the release date for Halo Infinite Season 2. The new season is set to release in May this year and will feature new maps, modes, and much more.

Halo Infinite is available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
