With the first game in the series releasing over two decades ago, Halo is one of the most successful and recognizable gaming franchises of all time. Considered by many to be Xbox's flagship series, Halo has managed to captivate a multitude of players for several years and across multiple console generations. Now, one player has managed to faithfully recreate one of the most iconic elements of the game.

One of many aspects that make Halo such a well known and recognizable gaming franchise is its aesthetic. From the design of the planets, to the weapons, to the character design of Halo's protagonist, the Master Chief, there are many visual features that make the series identifiable for a number people that aren't even in the gaming community. Though, the Spartan helmets have often been cited as one of the most distinguishable elements featured in the game.

An Instagram user by the name of mosquito bandito recreated the Mark VII helmet that was first introduced in Halo 4. The Instagram user has done a number of other helmet replicas in addition to this one. The color scheme is that of 'Scorpion Punch,' which was newly introduced in Halo Infinite. It's amazing to see the amount of detail put into this replica helmet. The visor is even made out of a reflective, gold material to give it the same look that it has in-game.

It's incredible to see the amount of fan creations that have come out within the last couple of years, following the ever-growing prevalence of Halo Infinite. One fan even made incredible fan-made armor concepts based on the various different armor sets featured in the Halo series. The level of creativity that a number of fans possess truly is impressive.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what Halo Infinite will ultimately look like once it's finally released. While a lot of information was shown off during E3 2021, there are still numerous details that have yet to be revealed regarding the game. The most important of which being the game's release date, which was absent during E3 2021.

While Halo Infinite's multiplayer and campaign do look rather promising, players are still unsure of when the game will be commercially available. Given how much of the game has been shown off already, it seems unlikely that Halo Infinite will be delayed again, but the lack of any sort of release date is somewhat concerning. With any luck, 343 Industries will reveal an official release date for Halo Infinite in due time.

Halo Infinite releases in fall 2021, for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
