A gamer online has shown off their incredible recreation of The Lion King's Pride Rock in Halo Infinite's Forge mode. There have been some remarkable creations since the launch of Halo Infinite's Forge in late 2022, and this is arguably one of the coolest so far.

Halo Infinite's Forge mode is the most powerful iteration of the feature to date, bringing all the best features from games gone by and combining them into one incredible tool. Some use it to pay tribute to other video games, while others use it to bring back old favorites. There was one Halo Infinite player who spent 1400 hours recreating the iconic map Valhalla in Forge mode, which was a strong showcase of just what the tool is capable of. It also features a complex scripting language, meaning that creations will only get better as players get more familiar with it.

Redditor mojoswoptops2020 shared their brilliant recreation of Pride Rock, and it looks just like many will remember it from The Lion King. In the background, the silhouette of Rafiki presenting Simba to the animals of the Pride Lands can be seen, so it's a full recreation of that scene. Even the lighting in the background has been changed to match that of the scene, and the effect is extremely convincing. This particular user is becoming rather skilled with the tool, after they recently used Halo Infinite's Forge to recreate Skyrim's Solitude. It will be exciting to see what they choose to recreate next.

According to the talented gamer in the thread, this particular creation took three hours to put together. By using generic shapes in Halo Infinite's Forge mode, they were able to put together the silhouette of the animals in an extremely convincing illusion. It certainly looks like it could have taken a lot longer than three hours, making it even more impressive.

Despite the success of the Forge mode, many gamers still aren't happy with the state of Halo Infinite. While the game is finally feature complete, there are still some lingering issues in the multiplayer for developer 343 Industries to fix. For example, Halo Infinite's hit reg is still completely broken, which makes competitive games unplayable, and casual games frustrating at best. The studio is continuing to update the game frequently, so there is still hope that 343 Industries can get the game into a better shape across Season 4, which launches later this month.

Halo Infinite is available now on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
