Grand Theft Auto Online continues to be a huge boon for Rockstar Games as the company outlines its next dose of weekly updates. Returning players will be surprised to find plenty of new additions to the game including a brand new vehicle, bonus treasure hunts, and more.

Grand Theft Auto Online recently received one of its biggest DLC packs with the addition of the Cayo Perico heist which gave players the opportunity to leave the shores of Los Santos for the first time. Plus, it allowed solo players to take part in the heist, something that the community has been requesting for a long time. Fortunately for players who weren't satisfied with the recent update and are longing for more, there's plenty of interesting stuff coming to the game this week.

The biggest addition is a brand new vehicle called The Maibatsu Manchez Scout that players can buy from Warstock Cache and Carry. Players venturing in to finish the Cayo Perico heist should also use the Submarine to find new treasure chests. Finding both the treasure chests within a day this week will grant them $100K in-game money. However, it will take up to 72 hours next week for the amount to be reflected in the player's maze bank account.

Pegassi Toreador, a unique sports car with a submarine mode, introduced in Cayo Perico Heist, will also get a military wrap called Shark Livery. Players who still doesn't own the Toreador can acquire one by spinning the Lucky Wheel in the lobby of The Diamond Casino & Resort. Additionally, Pegassi Tee owners will get a vintage faded variant of the same for free.

If that wasn't enough, Survival mode players will get Double rewards, earning twice the usual GTA$ and RP. This week's update also gives players discounts on various upgrades and vehicles. Kraken Avisa is 25% off, Sea Sparrow is 40% off, Nagasaki Buzzard Attack Chopper is 40% off, Pegassi Reaper is 40% off, Sparrow Helicopter is 25% off, Invetero Coquette D10 is 30% off and Kosatka Submarine Upgrades is 25% off. Additionally, Prime Gaming Members will receive exclusive discounts on various items. For them, Kurtz 31 Patrol Boat and Shitzu Longfin are 35% off. Regular Grand Theft Auto Online players can also link their Rockstar Games Social Club account with Prime Gaming to receive Kosatka submarine's Sonar Station for free, as well as GTA$200K for playing anytime this week.

With such immense focus on Grand Theft Auto Online, many have started wondering whether Rockstar Games will take a different approach to develop their future titles, however, the company has confirmed that it will deliver more Grand Theft Auto single-player games in the future. While there is no concrete news on Grand Theft Auto 6, we do know that a PS5 and Xbox Series X/S port of Grand Theft Auto 5 is coming in 2021.

Grand Theft Auto Online is now available on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
