As players drive around the streets of Los Santos in GTA Online, they may want to enjoy a bit of music on their car stereos. This can be done by simply turning on the radio, but that is no longer the only option that is available to fans. Indeed, GTA Online's Los Santos Tuners update has added a brand new way to access music while in a vehicle, called media sticks, though players will need track them down before they can use them.

Before getting into the locations of the media sticks in GTA Online, it is important to note that players will need to own an Arcade and a Nightclub in order to collect them all. Fortunately, there are a couple of media sticks that can be picked up without any major expenditures, and those are sure to be appreciated by fans that find themselves short on GTA$. With that established, here are details on where players can find all of the sticks that are currently available:

GTA Online: Media Stick Locations

  1. Violet EP: The first media stick can be found on Tony's desk in the Nightclub office.
  2. Blue EP: Fans should head to the rooftop of GTA Online's Casino for this media stick. It is on a table surrounded by yellow couches next to a jacuzzi.
  3. Green EP: The third media stick is sitting on the bar at the Arcade.
  4. Black EP: Grand Theft Auto Online players will find this stick in the mod shop area of the LS Car Meet. It is sitting atop a red tool chest.
  5. Kenny's Backyard Boogie: This stick is a bit of a bonus, and it can be found at the LS Car Meet in the popped trunk of a white car with a license plate that reads "MOODYMAN."

To note, players will receive yet another media stick, called CLR Launch Party, after collecting the first four from the list above.

GTA Online: How to use Media Sticks

After obtaining some media sticks, all that is left to do is play them in one of the many vehicles in Grand Theft Auto Online. This is done by setting the desired stick through the inventory section of the interaction menu and then accessing the Media Player, which is on the scroll wheel with the various radio stations. While players are in this interaction menu, they can also alter their Radio Station Favorites in order to adjust the size of the wheel that features the Media Player.

GTA Online is available on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions in development.
