Rockstar Games continues to robustly support Grand Theft Auto Online with frequent content updates to keep the live service game's player-base invested week to week. While large content updates may arrive irregularly, smaller updates with more focused content are being delivered at a much faster pace. The latest update for Grand Theft Auto Online is a prime example. Not only did it introduce the Cayo Perico Series of races, but also a brand-new extreme off-road vehicle.Introducing the Declasse Draugur, the latest off-road vehicle available for Grand Theft Auto Online players to purchase. Rockstar describes it as the "bare-bones legend" of off-road vehicles, at that. It's said titanium-reinforced and powerful, and a nightmare for those on the wrong side of it. Those who go out of their way to purchase the Declasse Draugur this week from Southern San Andreas Super Autos will also get a free Gray Yeti Flat Cap.RELATED: Twitch Viewer Donates $40,000 to Get GTA RP Player UnbannedThe new Declasse Draugur will be a perfect option to race in the new Cayo Perico Series. The Cayo Perico Series features 10 different races to drive through and it combines both street and off-road sections. More specifically, players will be racing through El Rubio's "fortified compound" and the beaches that surround that. Rockstar, in all its generosity, will give all Cayo Perico Series participants 2x GTA$ and RP for the rest of the week.

An additional activity for this week is a metal detector treasure hunt. It starts with players using a metal detector to comb the beaches of Los Santos. If players are lucky, they'll discover maps that will bring them to the island of Cayo Perico. Following these maps will uncover Buried Stashes that will include GTA$ and RP, making for a great low-stress option for progression. GTA Online players just need to scope out a metal detector to start.

The vehicles available in Simeon's Showroom have also rotated for the week. Showroom vehicles include the Declass Tornado convertible, Vulcar Nebula Turbo, Annis Remus, Enus Cognoscenti, and the Benefactor Stirling GT. As for the Luxury Autos showroom, the Overflod Autarch and Pegassi Torero XO are on display.

There's always new content rolling into Grand Theft Auto Online and the recent Criminal Enterprises update has helped reinvigorate a community anxious for more content. Expect continued weekly updates, events, and rewards going forward. Grand Theft Auto Online may be nearing its 9-year anniversary, but Rockstar's support shows no sign of slowing.

Grand Theft Auto Online is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
