Players might feel a little overwhelmed when they start their journey in GTA Online for the first time. Luckily, for new criminals to the gig, the 1561 San Vitas Street apartment will help ease players into their new lives. The apartment itself is fairly cheap since it is less than $100,000. Players can also use this apartment to store 2 vehicles, which is just enough for them to have the basics.

Situated in West Vinewood, players are fairly close to the action, which is a good thing for new players still looking to explore their options in Los Santos. It may be on the low end, but the beauty of this apartment is showing other players the progress when the player who owns it finally moves into a penthouse with a jet parked on their helipad.

11 0604 Las Lagunas Boulevard, Apt 4

• Location: Las Lagunas Boulevard, Vinewood
• Garage Capacity: 6 vehicles

Despite this apartment being listed on Dynasty 8 as smelling of urine, that won't detract from the fact that it's nicer in person than it is on paper. This apartment is situated fairly close to the Pacific Standard Public Deposit Bank, and as criminals to Los Santos, that could easily work in the favor of the player, as having a robbable bank just a short walk away is definitely going to cause some mischief, and a bunch of police.

It's a tiny bit more expensive than the cheaper apartments, existing as a medium-end apartment that can offer players 6 vehicles in the garage, and some nice space within the interior. What was beloved about this apartment is now a memory, as players used to be able to use this apartment during the Pacific Standard Job, in which they would access the garage and travel to Raton Canyon via the armored kuruma without having to worry about losing money from getting shot. Whilst this method no longer works, holding this apartment is a key memory in the early days of GTA Online.

10 12 Sustancia Road

• Location: El Burro Heights, East Los Santos
• Garage Capacity: 6 vehicles

This 6-car garage apartment might not be the fanciest, but it’s perfect for players who want a neighborhood to take over. Sustancia Road is located far from the criminal activities that usually plague Los Santos, so in this location, players can feel more at ease to roam the neighborhood or walk a dog that they do not have. The interior is fairly clean, and it’s a modest home befitting that of a criminal who doesn’t like the lavish lifestyle of penthouses.

This location is far from other apartments, garages, and facilities, and it’s located far to the east of Los Santos, meaning there’s a lot of free reign to mess around on this side of the map without fear of a jet or Oppressor MK2 coming down to ruin the fun. It’s a medium property class deserving of some credit, and one player should think of purchasing if they have already conquered the game’s heists.

9 Eclipse Towers, Penthouse Suite 3

The most expensive Apartment in GTA Online starts at around $1,100,000. This ridiculous price tag makes the list specifically because it’s an apartment that everyone should own at one time or another. It’s an achievement, a location so popular that it has its downsides.

This Apartment in Rockford Hills, North Los Santos is extremely popular among players for its price tag, and more often than not, a player is waiting outside to kill other players. However, with a 10-car garage and custom interiors, it’s a nice enough location, as long as the player is safely inside.

8 140 Zancudo Avenue

$120,000

• Location: Sandy Shores, Blaine County
• Garage Capacity: 2 vehicles

Since players can own a multitude of apartments, it might be for the best if they invest in different locations. There is no point in having multiple apartments so spread out, so to have one far from Los Santos and deep in the desert of Sandy Shores is a good starting point, especially when one can enjoy the off-road vehicles here.

There is a lack of violence in Sandy Shores, and although this location only has a 2 vehicle garage, the low price point of $120,000 makes it a viable option for players who want to live out in the desert away from the busy city life. It certainly won't be the most expensive thing in GTA Online.

7 0115 Bay City Avenue, Apt 45

• Location: La Puerta, West Los Santos
• Garage Capacity: 6 vehicles

One of the Mid-Ranged Apartments that can be bought in GTA Online is 0115 Bay City Avenue, Apt 45. Although this Apartment holds no bonuses for its interior, the low price of $150,000 makes it a great location for players who want to have a summer home, even if the exterior isn’t the prettiest.

This Apartment is located in La Puerta, West Los Santos, which is reasonably close to Vespucci Beach. Along with a 6 vehicle garage, it is just a short walk away from a helicopter spawning pad, and a short drive from the beach and airport, a relaxing environment away from the ruthless characters in GTA Online.

6 3655 Wild Oats Drive

• Location: Vinewood Hills, North Los Santos

Stilt House Apartments are great for players who want to have a somewhat normal life in GTA Online, but they come with the downside of not having a Heist Planning Room. This exceptionally high-priced Stilt House Apartment comes in at $800,000 with storage space for 10 vehicles.

The views are beautiful in this location, and players can enjoy the sights and locations of Vinewood Hills, safe from griefers and frustrating missions to burden them. It’s a fancy enough location for players who have earned their wealth.

5 2044 North Conker Avenue

• Location: Vinewood Hills, North Los Santos
• Garage Capacity: 10 vehicles

Living in style is part of the charm of GTA Online, and crime certainly pays when one can afford Apartments like the 2044 North Conker Avenue. For the high price of $762,000, players can enjoy seeing that their costly expense has placed them in a gorgeous home with an even more gorgeous view.

An Apartment like this belongs in the hands of the player who has the luxury and cash to splash, and with a 10-vehicle storage space, they can certainly make use of their money and invest in some beautiful cars to go alongside their housing style.

4 Eclipse Towers, Apt 3

Much like the other Eclipse Tower Apartments, this one features in the same building, but for far less money, but an equal amount of trouble. Although players cannot choose the décor of Eclipse Towers, Apt 3, they can certainly enjoy the bonuses of a Heist Planning Room.

As mentioned before, Eclipse Towers is a dangerous location, as it is rather popular for griefers. However, for only $500,000 and a 10-vehicle garage, it’s a pretty good purchase for those who still want the Eclipse Towers life, but without hitting the million-dollar mark.

3 4 Integrity Way, Apt. 28

$476,000

• Location: Pillbox Hill, Downtown Los Santos
• Garage Capacity: 10 vehicles

A moderately-priced Apartment in the big city, this apartment costs $476,000 and is located in Downtown Los Santos. The area is rather friendly, which is a lot to explore, especially the skyscraper that is the Maze Bank building watching over the city, reinforcing the importance of money across all else in GTA Online.

With this 10-vehicle garage Apartment, players will have plenty of space for exciting cars, and plenty of opportunities for missions in GTA Online, as they will have a Heist Planning Room to enjoy.

2 Master Penthouse

• Garage Capacity: 10 vehicles (if purchased the garage room)

The Master Penthouse is by far the most expensive and prestigious purchase one can make in GTA Online. If players want to treat themselves to the finest that wealth has to offer, then look no further than this destination. To access the Master Penthouse, players are going to need money, and lots of it, especially when one considers that this is one of the only locations where players need more money to invest in upgrades that will set them back over $6,000,000.

Investing fully into the Master Penthouse, players can access the Diamond Casino missions from Ms. Baker, as well as instant access to the VIP slots in the Casino. Players can also purchase these additional areas in their penthouse to flaunt their wealth:

• Extra Bedroom – $200,000 (allows other players to change their clothes)
• Garage – $900,000 (10-car garage accessed via the elevators)
• Lounge Area – $400,000 (adds a lounge room that must be purchased for rooms listed below.)

This Apartment is a friendly one, with calming views, environments, and the potential to make the player more money when they begin their adventures through the Heist Planning Room and earn even more money in GTA Online. A Heist Planning board is essential to apartments, since it will unlock further opportunities, beginning with a call from Lester Crest which sets a chain of events involving some exciting heists for new players to host.
