Grand Theft Auto 5 is currently available at one of its lowest prices ever thanks to a new limited-time deal. Grand Theft Auto 5 originally released in 2013 to widespread critical acclaim, becoming one of the most successful entertainment products of all time. Grand Theft Auto 5 is still played to this day, with Rockstar increasing the game's longevity through numerous re-releases, the latest of which brought the game to PS5 and Xbox Series X with a native port.

With Grand Theft Auto 5 sales being some of the best any video game has ever seen, it's safe to say that the vast majority of people have likely already purchased and played the game. However, there are may still be those who have been waiting for a big discount to try the game for themselves. Luckily, Grand Theft Auto 5 is currently available on digital marketplaces like Steam and Epic Games Store at a massively reduced price.

The Steam version of Grand Theft Auto 5: Premium Edition, which comes with the base game and Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack for GTA Online, is discounted by 63%, meaning fans can pick it up for just $14.98. The Epic Games Store equivalent is $14.99 at the time of this writing, so Steam users can save a penny by buying the game on Valve's digital distribution platform instead of the Epic Games Store. It's unclear when exactly the Steam sale for Grand Theft Auto 5 will end, but the Epic Games Store sale will only be available until March 16, so interested parties will want to act fast.

Other Grand Theft Auto 5 bundles are also available at a discount for those that willing to pay a little more. For $19.80, Steam users can grab a version of GTA 5 that comes with the Great White Shark Card Bundle. $35.20 comes with the Megalodon Shark Card Bundle, which will give GTA Online players plenty of in-game cash to spend on weapons, real estate, vehicles, and more.

These are some of the lowest prices Grand Theft Auto 5 has been discounted to, though comprehensive Steam price history is not available for the game for whatever reason. But while these are incredibly low prices for Grand Theft Auto 5, it's worth pointing out that the game has actually been even cheaper. In fact, there was a time when Grand Theft Auto 5 was free on the Epic Games Store. It's unlikely that the game will be given away for free again any time soon, so anyone wanting GTA 5 who has yet to make the leap shouldn't feel bad about jumping on this price while it's still available.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and legacy platforms.
