Such examples include characters glitching into each other, police officers spawning infinite flashlights, hitting golf balls at NPCs without any repercussions, changing a character just before nosediving a plane into the ground to leave them stuck in the pilot seat, and loads more. These bugs and exploits really prove that, no matter how hard developers try, no game is immune to technical issues.
