Grand Theft Auto Online has been causing some confusion for players with its newest daily missions. Similar to the mysterious "Participate in" daily missions from May, players are having a little trouble finding the needed "Lowrider" missions that need to be completed.

What is a Daily Objective?

Introduced in GTA Online, daily objectives are ways for players above level 15 to gain extra RP and money in the game. Players will most likely be clamoring for the cash since GTA closed the endless money exploit that many were using to get considerable amounts of cash. Each mission can be picked up daily and must be completed within 24 hours. After the 24 hours, the mission will no longer be available, even if a player has made progress in it.

Historically in GTA Online, most of these objectives have been pretty straightforward, but occasionally one comes along that is part of a secret or hidden mission, or just one that a lot of players missed along the way. The Lowrider missions are ones that most players seemed to have skipped, and may need help getting back to.

How to Start the Lowrider Missions

In order to start a so-called Lowrider mission, players first need to call Lamar. Lamar was the one of the main characters for the Lowriders DLC which was released back in 2015, and therefore, he's going to be the linchpin for all the Lowrider missions. After the player gives him a ring, he'll offer up one of eight possible Lowrider missions to complete in order to get those daily objectives done. The possible missions that Lamar will as the player to complete are:

  • Slow and Low: Players have to deliver two very hot cars from Lamar to Vernon from Del Perro Pier to East Los Santos Foundry in Cyress Flats, and they must make it across town without running across any police.
  • Point and Shoot: Players have to take photos of a Vagos meeting of Lowriders and then blow up or steal the exotic, GTA cars that Lamar wants for himself.
  • Community Outreach: Take a Lowrider and start a war between Vagos and Ballas for Lamar.
  • It's a G Thing: Players will have to rescue Gerald from the police before he's flown out of state.
  • Funeral Party: Vagos is having a funeral, and players need to crash it. There's cocaine hidden in the Hearses and Lamar wants it.
  • Peace Offerings: Steal Buccaneers, avoid the police and the Vagos, then deliver them to Benny's. Once there, players will have to defend the area against an attempted overtaking by the Vagos.
  • Desperate Times Call For: Eliminate several targets then report back to Lamar.

While there are only eight of these missions, so they will most likely get repetitive; it's perhaps one of the main things that GTA Online should change. But luckily, all these missions are pretty short and easy.

GTA Online is available for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Xbox Series X.
