Now that the release date for Grand Theft Auto Online's latest update is here, Rockstar Games has now provided even more details about the content that has been added, which is known as Cunning Stunts: Special Vehicle Circuit. In addition to its explication of the title's latest update, the developer has also decided to give fans a closer look at the materials in action by way of a brand new trailer.

As seen below in the trailer for Grand Theft Auto Online's Cunning Stunts: Special Vehicle Circuit, the update has added 20 new stunt races to the game, with Rockstar having designed the content to take advantage of the unique qualities of the Rocket Voltic, Ruiner 2000, and Blazer Aqua cars. Some of the Special Vehicle Circuit's courses are located in the skies above Los Santos, and will involve players equipping a parachute to their cars for some airborne stunts.

Not only will Grand Theft Auto Online players take to the air in Cunning Stunts: Special Vehicle Circuit, but also the sea, for in the Blazer Aqua race, fans will maneuver through the water using the amphibious vehicle. The rocket-equipped Rocket Voltic, on the other hand, will send fans speeding through one of the stunt race series' tracks filled with a panoply of colors similar to those of Mario Kart's iconic Rainbow Road track.

In addition to all of the courses added to Grand Theft Auto Online through Cunning Stunts: Special Vehicle Circuit, the update also adds the Progen GP1, which is yet another new car, and it's available for purchase from Legendary Motorsport. Additionally, once players apply the update, they will be able to buy any vehicle that was previously only available after completing a heist. Not to mention, the Rhino, Annihilator, Buzzard, and Dubsta 6x6 no longer require players to be a certain rank to buy them.

Furthermore, there are new sales in Grand Theft Auto Online that last from now through March 22, slashing 25% off on Stilt Houses, Penthouse Apartments, the Progen T20, Engine Upgrades, Turbo Upgrades, Exhausts, Spoilers, Submachine Guns, Body Armor, and Import/Export Clothing. Rockstar also announced the launch of a new form of Premium races focusing on Special-class vehicles, with one race beginning today that's called "Redneck" featuring the Rocket Voltic, giving the top three finishers GTA$ rewards and all participants triple RP.

As far as Grand Theft Auto Online's future is concerned, Rockstar has teased other forthcoming updates, saying it intends to add Creator items such as stunt race props and the ability for fans to create courses for the Special vehicles. Additionally, "classic" GTA cars will eventually be added to the game, with new modes such as Top Down and Resurrection also on the way. Taking all of this into consideration, it seems as if Rockstar is not ready to give the multiplayer component to GTA 5 a rest just yet.

Grand Theft Auto Online and its latest updates can be played through Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
