Every day seems to bring with it a new supposed Grand Theft Auto 6 leak, but until Rockstar itself reveals any information about the upcoming game, it's impossible to determine if there's truth to any of them. This latest "leak" is one of the biggest info dumps on the rumored Grand Theft Auto 6 that has appeared online to date, though whether or not it can be believed remains to be seen.

Like with any "leak," fans should take this information with a massive grain of salt. It originates from a deleted Reddit post, who was citing Q&A tester as their source. However, the details in this leak are specific enough that once Grand Theft Auto 6 is announced, we should know whether or not it was legitimate, and that in turn would lend more credibility to other claims in the leak.

According to the leak, Grand Theft Auto 6 will feature two siblings as the protagonists, a brother and sister. Hollywood star John Leguizamo will apparently play main protagonist Matias Gonzalez, whereas Roselyn Sanchez has been cast as main villain Valeria Madrina.

The leak goes on to claim that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be set in both the 1980s and 1990s, and will see players return to Vice City. But besides Vice CityGrand Theft Auto 6 players will apparently be able to visit two other cities; one is said to be based on Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the other is supposedly inspired by Bogota, which is the capital of Colombia. Fans seem to think that Rockstar itself has been teasing a South American setting for GTA 6 in recent GTA Online DLC, and Colombia has been one of the most commonly rumored locations for the next game.

The leaker also claims to shed light on the Grand Theft Auto 6 release date. Apparently the game is looking to launch in either late 2021 or early 2022, with an announcement coming as early as next month. The GTA 6 announcement will be followed by the game's first trailer in April, if the leaked information is accurate.

Other details from the leak include vehicle fuel being a mechanic, the ability to store weapons in the trunk, and a more story-based online mode. But like the other details from the leak, none of this has been confirmed by Rockstar, so fans should wait for an official reveal before buying too much into any GTA 6 rumors.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is rumored to be in development for unspecified platforms.
