Grand Theft Auto V has had multiple DLCs over the years, with some being good and others being a little lackluster. No matter how amazing the DLCs have been, they each offer new in-game experiences for players to enjoy, whether that is new missions, a new location, or purchasable buildings to run your ever-expanding illegal businesses from.

It has been some time since Rockstar has released a DLC for the online mode which means there is a multitude of rumors floating around about what the next update could bring. Will it be new cars or a new game mode? Will we finally see Vice City make a reappearance? Only the future will know.

10 Cops & Crooks

Cops & Crooks is one of the biggest rumors going around about the next online update and one that should have been implemented earlier on. This update is rumored to bring a new game mode to GTA Online and multiple heist missions as well as normal missions. The new game mode will split lobbies into two factions with half being the cops and the other half being the crooks. This DLC is rumored to have something for everyone including new cars, weapons, and outfits so players can really get into the cop role. Plus, the additional heist missions will be a relief for players who are tired of constantly farming money from the Diamond Casino Heist.

9 Mile High Club

One of the rumors circulating around the web is the addition of the Mile High Club in GTA Online. This update is supposedly going to bring additional airplanes into the game as well as a new business opportunity. What is the new business? Well, it is rumored to be prostitution. That's right, they are going to be adding in a prostitution business to the expanding list of illegal activities you can do in the game. Hopefully, this brings in new purchasable buildings as well, or at least a few new cars.

8 Vice City

For many people, revisiting Vice City would be a dream come true. Well, rumor has it that Rockstar plans on adding Vice City into GTA Online when it comes to the PS5. With GTA V being "Expanded and enhanced," it is rumored that the map will grow in size and Vice City will finally be brought in along with new missions and a returning appearance of some of the older characters. It is also rumored that this update will bring the older vehicles into the game as well as some of the weapons and new missions with the old cast of characters. There is no mention of additional heist missions that could be found, but there is always a possibility that Rockstar will add a few more in.

7 Mansions & Millionaires

This rumor is one that many people have speculated will bring the addition of purchasable mansions into GTA Online along with a few new money-making opportunities. It is rumored this update will also bring in exotic pets along with exotic pet trading as well.

You could be the virtual Tiger King without the mullet unless you're into that hairstyle. This update is also said to bring in new missions and vehicles, but there is no mention of weapons.

6 The Naval DLC

One of the rumors that have fans excited to jump back into the world of Los Santos is the naval DLC. This has been something many fans have speculated to come out for a long time since Rockstar has yet to do anything with the vast amount of ocean around the map. This update is rumored to bring in new boats to purchase including military boats like an aircraft carrier. It is also rumored that they will finally be adding purchasable docks into the game so players have a place to store their boat collection without needing to call up Pegasus to get one delivered.

5 Gangs

Rumors have spread about a possible gang-based DLC involving different gang factions throughout Los Santos. This would include new gang-related missions and possible money opportunities like a new business. There isn't much out there about this DLC, but the thought of running in an actual gang could spark something in players that Rockstar hasn't done in a while. One could assume that the gang-related missions could involve more sourcing of illegal materials like the biker DLC and have players collecting drugs, and running guns.

4 Fraudulent Healthcare

This rumor is based around the idea of committing insurance fraud as a possible business venture. It also works with the idea of being able to pay off cops to do whatever you want. This DLC aims to include every morally wrong thing you could think of when it comes to those who are there to serve and protect you with possible missions that will allow you to sell illegals items to cops or even transport stashes for them. Imagine not liking where you bought your business and burning it down to collect the insurance money. That could be something fun to change the pace of things. It's just a shame you would have to buy another building possibly.

3 More Races

It is entirely possible that with the release of the next DLC we will see more races. Rumor has it that there are different races coming up involving more usage of remote-controlled vehicles.

This could be something fun that Rockstar could incorporate into whatever DLC they are working on and, if done right, could keep players interested. This is an exciting reason to buy more sports cars if you enjoy the races that are already in the game.

2 Doomsday Pt. 2

Remember doing the Doomsday Heist and Lester mentioning that Clifford could come back? Well, this rumor states that there will be a Doomsday Heist Pt. 2 that aims to tell a further story about what happens when that scenario comes to fruition. There is not much information about this DLC, but it should have fans excited for the opportunity to run another heist with futuristic vehicles. Maybe this time they won't make the vehicles overpowered so we can get a little bit of peace from people flying in their Deluxos all day.

1 Casino Heist Pt. 2

Some players have speculated that there could be a second part to the casino heist. This would include more missions for Ms. Baker and maybe even a new heist against a rival casino. This would be cool considering the amount of work they put into creating the first casino heist. One can only imagine what they will do now with all the feedback from players who constantly run the Diamond Casino Heist. There could be a new means of entry, challenges, and even new weapons and vehicles. This DLC would open up a lot of opportunities for players to make even more money.
