After its initial reveal and the wave of information that followed, not much else has been shown when it comes to WB Games Montreal's Gotham Knights. With an expected 2021 release date, fans should be able to expect more information in the months ahead. In the meantime, the official Gotham Knights Twitter account recently released a new image wishing fans happy holidays, and without much else to chew on, those excited for the game have started tearing it apart for clues.

A possible Gotham Knights release date has been found in the image, with some fans thinking the Flying Graysons poster suggests that the game will either be out on July 16 or July 21. Alternatively, some think that it's just suggesting a summer release date for Gotham Knights. However, the Flying Graysons poster may also tease one of the villains that could potentially be featured in the game.

As pointed out by ComicBook, the Gotham Knights Flying Graysons poster advertises Robinson Park as the location of the circus while it's in town. Robinson Park has long been associated with Poison Ivy, having served as her base of operations in some past comic books. Perhaps that's exactly where Gotham Knights players will go to fight her, assuming she is indeed in the game and this isn't just a coincidence.

Gotham Knights is likely to have a long line of Batman series villains for players to contend with, and with Poison Ivy being one of the more popular ones, it wouldn't be surprising at all to see her added to the rogues gallery. However, it must be stressed that Poison Ivy is not confirmed for the Gotham Knights villains list just yet, and so fans should take this information with a grain of salt. It's entirely possible that this poster doesn't really mean anything significant when it comes to Gotham Knights and fans are reading too much into things.

So far, only a few villains have been confirmed for Gotham Knights. This includes Mr. Freeze, Talon, and the Court of Owls in general. Gotham Knights has shown a Mr. Freeze boss fight, but otherwise the other villains have been kept under-wraps, with reveals likely planned for next year as we get closer to the Gotham Knights release date.

It will definitely be interesting to see who else joins the villains line-up. With Gotham Knights existing in its own universe separate from the Batman: Arkham series, there are many interesting possibilities. Fans will have to stay tuned for more information.

Gotham Knights will launch 2021 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
