The RPG genre is full of classic franchises such as Final Fantasy and the Persona series. Set in all types of settings, there is no shortage of options for those that are interested in diving into the genre. Recently, GOG is making it even easier for gamers to start playing RPGs as it has announced that it is running an event during the entire month of September dedicated to the genre of games.

According to the company, one of the main reasons behind the special event is that RPGs are the most popular genre on the platform. Over the course of the following month, the site plans to showcase a variety of new RPG games. In addition, a large number of titles from the genre are planned to go on sale with some discounted up to 90% off.
