Fans of the 2018 reboot seem reinvigorated after Valhalla’s reveal, wondering what could appear in God of War PS5. The natural connection between both game’s setting has also inspired some impressive crossover art on social media. Recently, a Twitter user by the name of @BT_BlackThunder created some truly epic art featuring the Norse worlds of God of War and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Notably, it is a reimagining of the official art that debuted during Ubisoft and BossLogic’s stream that proceeded the worldwide premiere trailer of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, while reflecting God of War this time around. The artwork features Thor holding Mjolnir while being flanked by red and blue motifs of Kratos on each side. Even God of War’s director Cory Barlog replied to the fanart with a short message showing is appreciate saying, “love this!”

Ubisoft has showcased some truly impressive art work from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla while dishing out more and more information about the game. However, members of the God of War art team have also no doubt been hard at work behind the scenes while the next game is in development. Recently God of War’s art director, Raf Grassetti, drew a haunting rendition of M. Bison from the Street Fighter series. Whatever artistic direction the next installment of God of War takes, it's sure to impress.
