Ghost of Tsushima is one of this years' most widely anticipated titles for the PlayStation 4, having been teased for the better part of two years, and looking better with each new nugget of info. With Ghost of Tsushima just a few short days away, one of the things that fans have had their eyes on is the gorgeous scenery and landscapes.

As mentioned before, this is a game that has turned quite a few heads within both the gaming community and industry. Not only does it mark the long-awaited return of Sucker Punch Studios, the company behind the beloved Sly Cooper franchise, but also embodies the look and feel of Japan during the late 13th century. Since Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice found widespread critical success, many in the gaming community are looking forward to once again exploring a Japanese style environment.

Despite the frequent and intense violence found in Ghost of Tsushima, it's shaping up to be an absolutely gorgeous game. The dynamic and picturesque nature of each of the environments in the game is extremely captivating and inviting. The beautiful lighting and the wind blowing through the trees, flowers, and grasslands add so much to the overall atmosphere and ambiance this game is trying to achieve.

In addition, many dynamic camera features will also be included in the main game. The developers have included a dynamic black and white filter reminiscent of old school samurai films. Once again, giving Ghost of Tsushima an additional layer of graphical aesthetic. This will give fans of that genre of cinema a nostalgic feel to both the story and the gameplay in general.

As the months have gone on, thr game has started to look even richer. To think that this game is being produced by the same company that made Sly Cooper is quite astounding. Not to mention the fact that this whole game was largely inspired by a comic book series called Usagi Yojimbo, which starred an anthropomorphized rabbit samurai traveling around feudal Japan.

In any case, Ghost of Tsushima is sure to impress quite a number of people. The fact that no studio has really done a game like this before is honestly quite astounding. Ubisoft had years to make a samurai-style Assassin's Creed game and amazingly, Sucker Punch Studios beat Ubisoft to it. In any case, one can only hope that this game is everything the gaming community wants it to be.

Ghost of Tsushima will launch on July 17th, 2020 exclusively for the PS4.
