Ghost of Tsushima is receiving a lot of attention lately. With the Ghost of Tsushima's leaks proving true, and a paid expansion announced, fans have much to look forward to. While an official sequel has yet to be confirmed, Ghost of Tsushima fans are continuing to show their enthusiasm for the original game. Particularly, a fan artist's sketch has recently portrayed Jin Sakai as the elusive Ghost.

Sakai's Ghost Armor, which was prominently depicted through Ghost of Tsushima's promotional material, improves stealth-based tactics in-game. For example, enemies detect the player at reduced speeds if they wear it, and it will also grant players a percentage-based chance to inflict terror on enemies. Players may then choose whether they wish to apply different colors to the Ghost Armor using Dye Kits, with some being locked behind PlayStation's trophies. Today, a fan's illustration has depicted Sakai's Ghost Armor using imagery from one of Ghost of Tsushima's mechanics.

A fan artist who goes by vicbwolf has produced a stylish sketch of Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima. In vicbwolf's illustration, Sakai stands in waist-high foliage with petals drifting through the air around him. The foliage and subtle shading in Sakai's clothing is remarkable, using sparse negative space to further accentuate the black and red. This way, vicbwolf's sketch gives off the impression that it is taking place during Sakai's intimidating Ghost Stance mechanic.

Ghost of Tsushima's Ghost Stance changes the game's visuals to a black-and-white filter with letterboxing borders on the top and bottom of the screen. Ghost Mode temporarily grants one-hit kills against enemies. Then, in order to replenish the Ghost Stance gauge, players have to kill a number of enemies in succession without taking damage themselves. With each strike that players land on nearby enemies, the screen flashes in a deep, contrasting red. This color contrast of red against black is featured in vicbwolf's sketch as it illuminates part of the protagonist, with the homage to this feature making the art piece unique.

Many main questlines will place players in scripted sequences to showcase combat and stealth gameplay in Ghost of Tsushima. But fans do not have to play through the entirety of Ghost of Tsushima with a determined play-style, and may approach many open world events with whichever tactic they find most preferable for the situation. While many gear sets in Ghost of Tsushima are interesting, vicbwolf's sketch provides a unique look at the game's most iconic outfit.

Ghost of Tsushima is available now on PS4.
