Ever since Xbox announced big changes to their Xbox Game Pass Quests, players have been earning points by playing Game Pass games and earning achievements in them. This week's quests involve an achievement in LEGO Worlds that requires players to grab some studs.

LEGO Worlds Studs

LEGO Worlds is an open-world crafting game, similar to Minecraft, that was added to Xbox's Game Pass back in September. The main currency in the game is called "studs." They are the iconic, round, one-by-one bricks that have been used as gold coins in LEGO sets for decades. Luckily for those just trying to complete the Xbox Game Pass Quests for those Microsoft points, grabbing a bunch of them in LEGO Worlds is pretty easy.

The LEGO Quest

To complete the LEGO Worlds studs quest for this week, players will have to collect 100,000 studs in-game. That might seem like a lot, but lucky for anyone who hasn't played before, getting those first 100,000 studs is pretty easy. It's much easier than recreating the entirety of Dark Souls in LEGO Worlds, at least. Studs can be found in tons of places all over the map, including chests, inside of smashable objects, and as rewards for completing quests.

To find treasure chests, players should look for the gold-colored beacons on their mini-maps. Since LEGO Worlds doesn't provide a key to what all the colored beacons mean, it might not be apparent immediately to new players that the gold beacons lead them to treasure chests. The chests can be underground though, so don't be afraid to start digging for buried treasure.

Farming money in the game is similar to farming resources in Minecraft; it's a lot like Minecraft modded to look like Legos. For new players, getting 100,000 studs is just a matter of playing the game. However, if players have already played LEGO Worlds for a bit, they may want to start a new save for this achievement. It's a little easier for new players to get to 100,000 than it is for those with existing saves. Players can also farm dungeons, which are the red beacons on the mini maps.

If players have a new save and are still having some trouble scrounging up those 100,000 bucks, they may want to try the LEGO Worlds multiplayer with someone who knows the game a little better to help guide them to a few chests and quests with great rewards.

LEGO Worlds is available on PC, Switch, and PS4, and is free with the Xbox Game Pass.
