Characters are a main focus of Genshin Impact, which is understandable since they are the main source of revenue for this gacha-based game. Each character has at least two unique abilities which define their strength and role on the battlefield.

While most five-star characters are equally charming, there is a small group that stands above others. Genshin Impact Archons are some of the most important characters in the game, and they serve as protectors of the seven main nations. Their popularity often leads Genshin Impact fans to recreate some of their special skills.

Reddit user justinkp3 posted an interesting video featuring a realistic animation of one of the most iconic elemental bursts in Genshin Impact. Zhongli's "Planet Befall" allows him to bring an actual meteor from the sky and crush it on his enemies. The whole video lasts around 37 seconds, and it has a couple of unique shots. This animation has left a lot of fans in the comment section wondering why the game's developer HoYoverse does not make extensive animations of the game's skills.

The video was understandingly well received in the Genshin Impact community as it gathered almost 4k upvotes within a couple of hours. Fans have already made their claims about the next character to be featured in one of justinkp3's videos, with the Anemo Archon Venti being a prime candidate. Venti's burst "Wind's Grand Ode" makes him fire an arrow and create a huge Stormeye which sucks in nearby enemies.

Zhongli is one of the most popular characters in the game, and he is one of the seven Genshin Impact Archons. He is also known as Morax and God of Contracts, who serves as the main protector of the Liyue region. The Archon storyline also revealed that he has decided to experience the world from the perspective of a mortal, which led him to become one of the main characters in the whole Liyue Arc.

At the time of his release back in Genshin Impact update 1.1, Zhongli was considered one of the most underwhelming playable units in the game, especially considering that he is a five-star character. This led HoYoverse to introduce significant buffs in update 1.3, which turned him into the game's strongest support alongside Venti. His ability to fit in multiple team compositions can hardly be matched by any other character at the moment. Zhongli has been a part of a limited banner on three occasions, with the last one being in Genshin Impact update 2.4. Many players expect him to make another banner re-run with the addition of a brand-new major region.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
