Floral Zither is a gift from Kaedehara Kazuha for the traveler. This gadget is used to play in the Tuned to the World's Sound event in Genshin Impact 2.2. The event is similar to the Windblume Festival since both events revolve around travelers using a musical instrument.
The Wandering Samurai said that when he plays this instrument, he can hear someone else playing with him. The event's gameplay is similar to the Windsong Lyre event, with some additions. This time, the traveler will get the chance to play a musical piece with seven different characters: Zhongli, Ningguang, Xiao, Kokomi, Raiden Shogun, Ayaka, and Keqing.
How To Play The Floral Zither
Each day, a new location will open with a new character. Every challenge has three difficulties. As usual, Normal difficulty offers 60 Primogems. Other than that, there are other rewards like Hero's Wit, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
To play the Floral Zither, players should keep an eye on closing rings as they shrink next to one of eight buttons. Once a ring matches its button, players should press it immediately to win a point. Pressing at the right moment consecutively will boost the points won. This bonus will be lost once players misclick a ring.
When playing Genshin Impact on mobile, there will be no buttons to be pressed. Instead, players need to keep an eye on the shrinking rings and use their fingers to tap the area at which the rings are closing.
A new mechanic has been added to the Floral Zither. A bar will appear flowing on a button. Players should hold the button for as long as the bar persists. Holding the bar accurately is important because the bar will continuously reward points as players hold it.
When the game is over, players will be ranked based on their performance. There are four rankings:
- Leggiero
- Euphonia
- Dulcem
- Discantus
Players can open the Hard mode of each game by finishing the Normal mode on Euphonia.
How To Get The Floral Zither Gadget
To get the Floral Zither instrument, players have to gain 600 points in the Normal mode of "Where to Next?" This is the last performance of the event, so players have to wait several days to get the Floral Zither gadget. Other than that, if players complete all the challenges, they will earn:
- 420 Primogems
- 420000 Mora
- 14 Hero's Wits
- 12 Blue Talent Level-up Materials
- 6 Mystic Enhancement Ores
When playing this musical minigame, players can easily notice that their performance partner is holding a lyre. The partner's tune is also played on the lyre, resulting in a different melody than the Floral Zither.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
