A new Genshin Impact chart has revealed how well the new Albedo and Nilou banner has done on their first day in terms of revenue. Updates are usually divided into two banner cycles that feature different sets of limited characters and weapons.

After the Cyno and Venti banners ended, Genshin Impact introduced a new double banner that features the new Hydro sword user Nilou and the famous Mondstadt alchemist, Albedo. Players who want to acquire these characters should pull on their banners as soon as possible considering that they expire on November 1, which is one week shorter than usual.

Reddit user TimocaSamJa has shared an interesting chart showing the first-day revenue numbers for the ongoing double banner. According to the thread, Nilou and Albedo take the 21st place on the all-time banner revenue list. Even though the banner is placed in the bottom half of the list, players claim that they are actually surprised by how good its numbers are. It should be noted that the data represented in the chart was taken from iOS devices on the Chinese server. One of the main reasons why they didn't expect this banner to do well when it comes to sales is the fact that the next update will introduce the Dendro Archon Nahida.

Multiple replies in the comment section claim that they are happy with Nilou's overall design, even though she is a very niche character. She is best used in team compositions that revolve around one specific elemental reaction named Bloom, which is triggered by combining Hydro and Dendro. Her second passive talent, Court of Dancing Petals, turns the Dendro Cores that are usually dropped by Bloom into Bountiful Cores. This new type of core has a larger area of effect, with a significantly lower cooldown which increases the party's damage potential.

Players who pulled for Nilou should also try their luck on the Genshin Impact 3.1 weapon banner which includes her signature weapon named Key of Khaj-Nisut. Even though the weapon has a low base ATK, its strength lies in the secondary stat and passive effect which has the potential to increase Elemental Mastery for the whole team composition.

The second limited character featured in the second part of the update is Albedo who made his first banner appearance during the Dragonspine arc in Genshin Impact update 1.2. Even though the arrival of the new Dendro element pushed Geo out of the meta, Albedo is still considered a great support for most team compositions.

Genshin Impact is now available on mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
