Developer miHoYo has taken the gaming world by storm with its surprise hit, Genshin Impact. The free-to-play MMORPG is a mobile gacha-style game (though it's available on PC/PS4), and recently received a massive update to Version 1.1.
One of the things Genshin Impact has become known for is its relative budget friendliness. On top of being a free-to-play game, the title seems to be made by developers with a penchant for giving away plentiful in-game goodies, something which was recently confirmed yet again.
Fans of the game have taken to Reddit and other social media outlets to share the discovery of a brand new Genshin Impact promo code. The game's developers have been known to sneakily drop promo codes via social media and its own website, while sometimes even quietly reactivating old codes, so this new promotion comes as no surprise to veterans of the game.
Players who redeem the new code will receive a modest gift of 50 Primogems. These gems can be used to Wish for new characters and weapons in Genshin Impact, or to refresh the Original Resin used to claim loot from Domains, but regardless of use, players can redeem them with the following code:

The promo code can be entered on miHoYo's official website for the game, using the "Redeem Code" link found near the top right corner. Players will simply need to login to their miHoYo account, select a character, and enter the correct code. While previous Genshin Impact promo codes have differed based on region or platform, this code seems to work for players across all regions and platforms.
Once the code is redeemed, Travelers will receive free Primogems in Paimon's Inbox. While 50 Primogems may seem like a small gift, these precious crystals add up quickly, and a player only needs 160 to perform a Wish in Genshin Impact. With Version 1.1's new banner featuring Tartaglia and the upcoming banner introducing the five-star Geo legend Zhongli, it's a great time to start hoarding these valuable resources.
While there's no official word regarding the limits of this new promo code, players should redeem it ASAP just to stay on the safer side of things. Needless to say, miHoYo could decide to invalidate the promo code at any given moment, especially since it doesn't bear an obvious expiration date. Thankfully, Primogems themselves won't expire, so players can simply claim the code and hold onto the prize until they're ready to use it.
Genshin Impact is available now on the App Store, Google Play, PC, and PS4, and is currently in development for Switch.
