Genshin Impact is an open-world game that features a world called Teyvat as the setting. In Teyvat, there are seven regions, each led by a deity called Archon. Other than that, there are also places where they don't worship any Archon. However, these places are hidden, if not destroyed.

Just like in real life, each region in Teyvat has its own festivals and traditions. For example, in Mondstadt, they have the Windblume Festival and Ludi Harpastum. As for Liyue, they have the Lantern Rite and Moonchase Festival. Moonchase is originally a rite run by the Adepti. However, over time, the mortals created their own versions of the festival. In the end, Rex Lapis unified all of these versions to create the Moonchase Festival that is now known.

Moonlight Seeker: Path of Stalwart Stone in Genshin Impact

Moonlight Seeker progress

In Genshin Impact 2.1, players are invited to celebrate the Moonchase Festival in Liyue. This Festival is split into three events: Moonchase Tales, Moonlight Seeker, and Trails of Delicacies. Each event has three Paths: Path of Stalwart Stone, Path of Gentle Breezes, and Path of Austere Frost. The second and third Paths will be opened a few days after the first.

For Moonlight Seeker, players have to find Moonchase Charm and Mystmoon Chest to get rewards based on their progress. One of the rewards is the new Claymore, Luxurious Sea-Lord.

All Mystmoon Chest And Moonchase Charm Locations in Genshin Impact (Path of Stalwart Stone)

Liyue Moonlight Seeker Area

The first part of Moonlight Seeker requires players to explore an area in Liyue. In total, there are 40 Mystmoon Chests and 30 Moonchase Charms. Each Mystmoon Chests grant 5 Primogems and some other loot. So, in total, players can get 200 Primogems from the first Path. Here are the full locations:

Southwest of Mt. Aocang

Moonlight Seeker Location 1

The area starts around Mt. Aocang. Typically, Mystmoon Chests are located on low ground. Moonchase Charms will appear on the players' map, similar to Oculus. However, the chests won't appear on the map. So players need to keep a keen eye to spot them.

Huaguang Stone Forest

Moonlight Seeker Location 2

In this area, most Moonchase Charms are available mid-air. So players have to glide from high ground to find them.

Nantianmen

Moonlight Seeker Location 3

Some Moonchase Charms in this area are also on high ground. As for the Mystmoon Chests, they're all on low ground. Players should be careful as some chests require them to defeat some enemies before they can be opened.

Nantianmen (Part 2)

Moonlight Seeker Location 4

In this last part, all of the loots are available on the ground, with one Moonchase Charm on top of a Hilichurl hut.

Linyang Location in Genshin Impact

Linyang Hint in Genshin Impact

If players are missing a few chests and charms, then they can speak to Linyang in Liyue. Linyang will mark some Moonchase Charms and Mystmoon Chests on the map. She will help boost around 20% of the collection progress. Linyang will also grant this hint daily, so players are pretty much guaranteed to get 100% collection progress.

However, it's worth noting that people can only ask once per day, and they need to collect the items before the day changes. Otherwise, the mark on the map will disappear.

Taking consideration of the Path's names: Stalwart Stone, Gentle Breezes, and Austere Frost, it can be assumed that the second Path will be hosted in Mondstadt. As for the third Path, "Frost" likely indicates Dragonspine.
