After initiating Genshin Impact's Flavor the Month quest and talking to Brook, players will be sent to Dragonspine in search of Schuster. While locating this NPC is easy enough, due to the waypoint that appears on the map, he will not be interested in conversing until fans light a fire for him. For those Genshin Impact players that are having trouble lighting the fire in Flavor of the Month, this guide will detail exactly what must be done.

The first step to completing this quest step is to locate an appropriate site for lighting a fire, and that is quite an easy thing to do. Indeed, there is a pile of wood situated on the ground directly in front of Schuster, which players can set ablaze. To do that, fans should simply use a suitable Genshin Impact character to hit the wood with a fire attack, and a new quest step should become available as soon as it is lit.

With respect to that next step, fans should now speak with Schuster once again in order to obtain some High-Quality Chilled Meat. This item should then be taken back to Brook in Springvale, and it will serve as the foundation for the dish that she is working on. The chef NPC will need some additional ingredients to finish her cooking, though, and it will be up to Genshin Impact players to collect them for her.

More specifically, fans will need to track down Dandelion Seeds and Slime Condensate in Genshin Impact if they do not already have some of them in their inventory. Notably, these two items are stored in different inventory tabs, and players should make sure to check them both before they set out to hunt for them. Indeed, Dandelion Seeds are found in the Materials section and Slime Condensate is found in the Character Development Items section, and fans only need one of each in order to complete Flavor of the Month.

With the requisite items in hand, players should hand them over to Brook and claim their rewards, which are 20 Primogems, two Hero's Wits, and 20,000 Mora. Genshin Impact fans are then free to move onto the next Windblume Festival Anecdote quest for a chance to earn even more of these currencies. That quest is called Windbrew, and players will find themselves attempting to mix a special drink for Margaret before everything is said and done.

Genshin Impact is available now on PC, Mobile, and PS4, and is currently in development for PS5 and Switch.
