Previous Genshin Impact leaks have revealed more information about the upcoming updates. Apparently, the updates that will arrive after 2.4 will most likely bring additional skins tied with the region of Mondstadt. Fans already know that 2.4 will bring the Lantern Rite event, which is Liyue-themed, meaning that 2.5 could bring Mondstadt back into the spotlight, as was the case with updates 1.3 and 1.4 this year. Even though the leakers have accurately predicted the majority of Genshin Impact content, these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt.

The leak also claims that miHoYo will add a new region this Summer, the long-awaited city of Sumeru. According to the leak, Sumeru will be similar to the Inazuma island, which was introduced back in September 2021. Each of the main regions in the game revolves around its own respective Archon and its divine ideals which are order, justice, contract, freedom, etc. In the case of Sumeru, the God of Wisdom rules in the pursuit of all knowledge. Even though he is one of the rare leaders whose identity still remains unknown, it's well known that Sumeru's Archon is the youngest out of the seven Genshin Impact Archons. Sumeru should also introduce the Dendro element which is the only element that's still unplayable.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
