Recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed more information about a popular character named Dehya who already made multiple appearances in the Sumeru storyline. The game has introduced a pattern of adding at least one new character to the playable roster with each new update.

Currently, Genshin Impact version 3.1 has brought three new roster additions, Cyno and Candace on the first banner, and Nilou in the second part of the update. Developer HoYoverse has already confirmed that the upcoming version 3.2 will finally introduce the long-awaited Dendro Archon Nahida, also known as Lesser Lord Kusanali.

A new Gesnhin Impact leak has given more information about Dehya's upcoming kit, including the effects on her elemental skill and elemental burst. According to the leak, her elemental skill will make her place the claymore into the ground providing an area of effect that deals additional damage and applies the Pyro element. Once the buff times out, Dehya can retrieve her weapon, which a recent Genshin Impact trailer confirmed to be a claymore, dealing additional Pyro damage within a large radius. Her elemental burst seems much more complicated as it allows her to deal fixed amounts of damage every 0.4 seconds over the 3.5-second burst duration.

Dehya's burst also allows her to perform up to three unique allowing her to teleport behind enemies. After the burst ends, she unleashes an AoE Pyro attack that apparently deals tons of damage. Multiple replies in the comment section appreciate the fact that HoYoverse gave Dehya ninja-like skills considering that she is a mercenary of the Eremites. When it comes to her release date, while there is no official information, it's safe to say that she won't arrive in the two upcoming updates, which will introduce Nahida and the 6th Harbinger Scaramouche.

She is expected to have a five-star rarity due to her importance to the Sumeru storyline. When it comes to her personality, the official storyline has confirmed that Dehya is a very loyal character who's always dedicated to her job and she would never let down the people who hire her. While there is no official information about her element, the leak strongly suggests that she will be a new Pyro character in Genshin Impact with strong DPS or sub-DPS potential.

There is also a chance that her elemental skill allows Dehya to be picked as an off-field Pyro support. Considering that she won't be part of the upcoming Genshin Impact update 3.2, this means that the game will go over a year without introducing a new Pyro character since Thoma was added on November 2, 2021.

Genshin Impact is available now for mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5.
