Every Genshin Impact character has a unique set of skills, which can be used in various ways, from defeating enemies to exploring the vast world of Teyvat. Despite being one of the oldest characters in the game, players still find new undiscovered tricks with Jean, the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius.

Jean was a part of the original character lineup released back in 2020 with Genshin Impact Version 1.0. She is a decent support character that can be acquired by pulling on Genshin Impact's Standard Banner.

Reddit user AzureEquinox has shared a video showing that Jean's Elemental skill has the ability to suck in falling leaves. By holding the Elemental Skill button, players can command Jean's whirlwind to pull surrounding objects in front of her by spending stamina. However, most of the players did not know that the falling leaves could also be manipulated by this elemental skill. This interaction gives an opportunity to take unique photos in Genshin Impact, which is a favorite activity for a number of players.

This is not the only skill in the game that can affect leaves, as many other Genshin Impact Anemo characters can also do the job. However, unlike Venti or Kazuha, Jean's leaf manipulation skills seem much more controlled since she can change the direction of her elemental skill. Fans already started theorizing that developer Hoyoverse should try to modify her elemental skill, so she can suck and launch more useful objects, such as the explosive barrels that are often located around the game's enemy camps.

Allowing Jean to control explosive barrels would surely be a step in the right direction to making her more viable. At the time of her release, she was considered one of the best characters in the game and a must-have for almost any team composition. With the addition of newer and more complex Genshin Impact characters, Jean has become a B-tier character, and her role in a party can be filled with much stronger characters.

For a very long time, fans have been asking Hoyoverse to give more power to older Genshin Impact characters. A fan-made awakening concept for Jean from a couple of months ago has caught a lot of attention in the community as it presents an interesting method of bringing back older characters to the meta. The concept would include increasing the talent and character level cap as well as giving additional effects to the elemental skills and bursts. It would not come as a surprise if developer Hoyoverse decided to implement something similar to the game since they've already done it in one of their games -- Honkai Impact 3rd.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
