Genshin Impact is known for its variety of colorful characters and unique ways to build them. Artifacts are the foundation of a player’s team, but the energy-locked, RNG facet of acquiring that perfect piece can be both daunting and draining.

The coveted Noblesse Oblige set in particular is one Genshin Impact fans shouldn’t be without. Fortunately, there are a few tricks even underleveled players can employ to efficiently clear Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern for a chance at rolling Noblesse and its useful counterpart, Bloodstained Chivalry.

Tips:

  • The simplest way to clear any level of this domain is with the corner Swirl method: after starting, immediately run to one of the back corners nearest the entrance until the Mages teleport together. Anemo characters then Swirl the shields apart with the conflicting elements introduced by the Mages themselves.
  • The Cryo Abyss Mage emits a deadly white mist that often catches players by surprise – wait until the mist dissipates to approach, or lead the Mage away.
  • AoE healers like Diona, Jean, and Bennet will alleviate the hurt of the many unexpected explosives and ranged attacks used by Abyss Mages.
  • Anemo characters not only whisk away shields – they’ll also pop those pesky Hydro Abyss Mage bubbles.
  • Don’t use Geo Traveler’s hold Skill directly on an Abyss Mage: the Mage will float on top of the Geo Construct until teleporting. Press Skill will Crystallize the shield without giving them a leg up.
  • Keeping too close to the right wall might push an Abyss Mage onto the crumbling architecture where it’s difficult to reach. If this happens, move away until the Mage teleports off of the structure.

Domain of Blessing: Stone Chamber I

genshin impact ningguang pull

Recommended Party Level: 69

Objective: Defeat 3 opponents within 300 sec.

Enemies:

  • Cryo Abyss Mage x 1
  • Pyro Abyss Mage x 2

Team:

  • Ningguang DPS – 2 PC Archaic Petra + 2 PC Noblesse Oblige (Sub: Geo Traveler or Albedo)
  • Xingqiu Sub-DPS – 4 PC Emblem of Severed Fate or 2 PC Noblesse Oblige + 2 PC Heart of Depth (Sub: Mona or Kokomi)
  • Anemo Traveler Support – 4 PC Viridescent Venerer (Sub: Jean or Sucrose)
  • Noelle Support – 4 PC Maiden Beloved (Sub: Zhongli or Diona)

Party Buffs: Shield Strength + 15% (Geo Resonance), Shielded Character DMG + 15% (Geo Resonance), Enemy Geo RES – 20% (Geo Resonance), 12% Geo DMG Bonus for 10s (Ningguang’s Jade Screen)

Potential Buffs: Party Elemental RES + 10% (Ningguang C4), Enemy Hydro RES – 15% (Xingqiu C2), Enemy Anemo/Elemental RES – 20% (Anemo Traveler C6)

Stay safe and strong with a double-Geo team: Geo Resonance wll protect and buff simultaneously, perfect for DPS Ningguang. Clear Pool’s Ley Line Disorder already increases Geo DMG by 75% - Ningguang adds another 12% when passing through the Jade Screen. Noelle’s concentrated Geo attacks make it easy to pick up the desired element for an extra Crystallize shield, while her claymore is an effective deterrent for Abyss Mages on the verge of crafting their shields. Noelle shields, heals, and will generate a back-up shield off-field when the active character’s HP dips below 30%.

Xingqiu’s Burst adds an extra punch to Ningguang’s Normal/Charged attacks as well as damage absorption and minor healing, but Swirl away the Cryo Mage’s shield with Anemo Traveler before activating to avoid being frozen. Anemo Traveler’s Skill is great for staggering Mages and can be substituted with any alternative Anemo character. If Noelle’s shield strength isn’t up to par, try Diona, or replace Traveler with Jean. If Geo characters aren’t leveled, try a variation of the Anemo-Anemo-Cryo-Pyro teams listed on the other floors.

Domain of Blessing: Stone Chamber II

Sucrose

Recommended Party Level: 80

Objective: Defeat 3 opponents within 360 sec.

Enemies:

  • Cryo Abyss Mage x 2
  • Pyro Abyss Mage x 1

Team:

  • Xiangling DPS – 4 PC Emblem of Severed Fate or 4 PC Crimson Witch of Flames (Sub: Yanfei or Diluc)
  • Anemo Traveler Sub-DPS – 4 PC Viridescent Venerer or 2 PC Viridescent Venerer + 2 PC Gladiator’s Finale (Sub: Kazuha or Jean)
  • Sucrose Support – 4 PC Viridescent Venerer (Sub: Venti or Kazuha)
  • Diona Support – 4 PC Maiden’s Beloved or 4 PC Noblesse Oblige (Sub: Jean or Bennet)

Party Buffs: Stamina Consumption – 15% (Anemo Resonance), Movement SPD + 10% (Anemo Resonance), Skill CD – 5% (Anemo Resonance), ATK + 10% for 10s (Xiangling’s Gouba), Elemental Mastery + 50 for 8s (Sucrose’s Passive), Elemental Mastery + 20% of Sucrose’s EM for 8s (Sucrose’s Passive), Cryo Absorption Bonus (Diona’s Shield), Enemy Movement SPD – 10% (Diona’s Passive), Enemy Stamina Consumption – 10% (Diona’s Passive), Enemy ATK – 10% for 15% (Diona’s Passive)

Potential Buffs: Enemy Pyro RES – 15% (Xiangling C1), 15% Pyro DMG Bonus (Xiangling C6), 20% Elemental DMG Bonus (Sucrose C6), Elemental Mastery + 200 (Diona C6), Enemy Anemo/Elemental RES – 20% (Anemo Traveler C6)

Despite the Ley Line Disorder’s Geo buff, Anemo is actually the star of this domain. Trapping the Abyss Mages in a corner and using their own elements against them is the swiftest way to farm Noblesse Oblige or Bloodstained Chivalry. Two Anemo representatives will speed up energy regeneration, allowing players to spam consecutive Swirl attacks with the surrounding Pyro and Cryo.

As long as there’s an AoE healer, the Swirlers can withstand the projectile hits taken while Swirling. Diona may be swapped with Kaeya if Anemo Traveler is swapped with Jean. Xiangling and Diona both have AoE Bursts that will maintain their elements on the field for Melt reactions after the shields are destroyed. Traveler provides formidable crowd control with their Burst, as does Sucrose with the added benefit of an Elemental Mastery buff for the party.

Domain of Blessing: Stone Chamber III

Genshin_impact_Kazuha_Elemental_Burst

Recommended Party Level: 90

Objective: Defeat 3 opponents within 360 sec.

Enemies:

  • Cryo Abyss Mage x 1
  • Pyro Abyss Mage x 1
  • Hydro Abyss Mage x 1

Team:

  • Kazuha DPS – 2 PC Viridescent Venerer + 2 PC Gladiator’s Finale or 4 PC Viridescent Venerer (Sub: Jean or Anemo Traveler)
  • Kaeya Sub-DPS – 2 PC Blizzard Strayer + 2 PC Gladiator’s Finale (Sub: Rosaria or Xiangling)
  • Venti Support – 4 PC Viridescent Venerer (Sub: Sucrose or Jean)
  • Bennet Support – 4 PC Noblesse Oblige (Sub: Diona or Jean [with DPS/Sub-DPS Pyro Sub])

Party Buffs: Stamina Consumption – 15% (Anemo Resonance), Movement SPD + 10% (Anemo Resonance), Skill CD – 5% (Anemo Resonance), Elemental DMG Bonus (Kazuha’s Passive), Energy Restoration (Venti’s Passive), Burst ATK Bonus (Bennet)

Potential Buffs: Elemental Mastery + 200 (Kazuha C2), Enemy Anemo/Physical RES – 12% for 10s (Venti C2), Enemy Anemo/Elemental RES – 20% (Venti C6), ATK Bonus + 20% (Bennet C1), 15% Pyro DMG Bonus (Bennet C6)

Kazuha is a monster in this domain and can actually solo it. Kazuha’s high mobility allows players to dodge with height instead of field placement, and holding his Skill enables a momentary float with a controllable landing. This means he can out-manuever bubbles, flaming projectiles, and the painful icy miasma that takes so many players by surprise. The AoE of his descending Swirl is wide enough to catch every Abyss Mage clustered with the corner technique.

Pairing him with Venti creates that high-energy Anemo Resonance buff, and a 4 PC Viridescent Venerer on one of them shreds enemy resistance. Kaeya is a fantastic melee Cryo applier whose Glacial Waltz will deal extra damage as Kazuha scoops and tosses the loose Mages around. Apply Bennet’s Burst first for his Talent buff, and the powerful Noblesse Oblige set if available.

The success of this shield-breaking Swirl team is reliant upon the initial seconds of combat – the following video shows how to goad the Mages into a corner:

Follow this formula: Anemo + Anemo + Cryo + Pyro – if the team isn’t completely built, one of these should be an AoE healer with a shield or two AoE healers. Even unbuilt teams can succeed. For example, in this next video, this method is used with a Lv. 60, 516 EM Sucrose running only 2 PC Viridescent, Lv. 80 Jean with 4 PC Noblesse, Lv. 80 Rosaria with 2 PC Noblesse + 2 PC Blizzard Strayer, and a completely unbuilt Xiangling Lv. 59 with no set bonuses:

Jean is an excellent alternative for accounts that don’t have Kazuha or Venti: she provides a large healing platform in the midst of lethal surprise attacks and generates energy for her Anemo partner. She’s also adept at staggering enemies with her Skill, preventing newly naked Abyss Mages from refreshing their shields. Sucrose’s abilities were highlighted in previous floor builds but her unmatched Elemental Mastery buffs are worth mentioning again. Kaeya, Rosaria, Diona, Xiangling, Bennet, and Yanfei are all mix-and-match 4* characters that will fit in this team dynamic to suit players’ individual builds. Players should fit together the puzzle pieces best suited for them, and Swirl away.
