The Secret of Al-Ahmar Quest in Genshin Impact is a sub-quest of one of the most important missions in Genshin Impact Sumeru. This is because, like the Aranyaka Quests, Travelers have to go through this storyline if they wish to fully explore the desert area. Most of the ruins in the land will not be accessible until they complete the Golden Slumber quest and the one that follows after it.
Many quests in Genshin Impact require players to proceed deeper within the ruins, and here’s how Travelers can do so in The Secret of Al-Ahmar Quest.
How To Proceed Deeper Within The Ruins In The Secret Of Al-Ahmar Quest
To proceed deeper within the ruins in The Secret of Al-Ahmar Quest in Genshin Impact, players need to find two Primal Embers and follow them to the Primal Torches in front of the ruin’s main door.
Once players reach the entrance to the ruins, go up the stairs to reach a large room.
In the large room, there will be a Seelie. Follow the creature to another chamber.
Once the Seelie returns to its court, there should be an opening nearby that leads to another room.
In this place, players will see four platforms, each with an Everlight Cells mechanism. To reach the first Primal Embers, players need to solve the Genshin Impact puzzle on the right side of the room (platforms C and D).
Travelers can open the door on this side by turning the Everlight Cells in this sequence:
- Rotate Cell C x2
- Rotate Cell D x1
If players wish to get the Precious Chest in the middle, then they must direct all the Primal Beams to the middle. First, do this for the mechanism on the right:
- Rotate Cell D x1
- Rotate Cell C x2
Afterward, do these steps to open the left door:
- Rotate Cell A x1
- Rotate Cell B x2
And finally, to unlock the chest, Travelers need to:
- Rotate Cell B x2
- Rotate Cell A x1
After the door on the right is accessible, enter it and use the Forged Primal Lights on the Replicator Keystones (Basically, bring the blue triangle thingy to the glowing square platform). This will reveal the first Primal Embers; release the Ember and follow it.
While following the first Primal Embers, it will eventually open a locked gate. After exiting through this passage, Travelers will see the second Primal Embers nearby (players can see it marked on their map).
To unlock the mechanism, Travelers must first use the Move Cell button to open the nearby door.
Then, like last time, use the Forged Primal Lights on the Replicator Keystones to create an Everlight Cells. Afterward, use the Move Cell button again to unlock the second Primal Embers.
After both of the Primal Embers are released, simply follow them to their Primal Torches, and players can soon proceed deeper within the ruins in The Secret of Al-Ahmar Quest in Genshin Impact.
