Quicken teams are known for having one of the best DMG outputs in Genshin Impact. However, to fully utilize their potential, players must choose the right Dendro or Electro DPS to lead the team. Along with a capable DPS, players need strong off-field supports that can help trigger the Quicken reaction and more. The chosen DPS should also be flexible enough to allow for smooth rotations between them and the off-field supports.

Fortunately, there are several Genshin Impact characters that can operate as a Main DPS and carry the team's DMG output. Cyno, Keqing, Tighnari, and Alhaitham are all viable options. It's crucial to find the best Quicken teams for each of these characters to take full advantage of what they have to offer.

5 Cyno + Dendro MC + Fischl + Xingqiu

Cyno is a decent DPS in Genshin Impact. Unfortunately, he suffers from many issues, mainly in his Elemental Burst mechanics. Firstly, his Burst has a long duration and cooldown, and no Dendro user in Genshin Impact can keep up with Cyno, even Nahida in some circumstances. Another issue is that since Cyno is forced to be a selfish DPS, it is hard for his team to regenerate his Burst. However, this Quicken team composition not only solves all of Cyno’s problems, but it can also inflict a significant amount of Hyperbloom and Aggravate DMG if the rotation is planned and done properly.

To execute the rotation properly, start with Xingqiu’s double Skills and Burst, then follow it with the Traveler’s Skill/Burst. Fischl comes after with either her Skill or Burst to summon Oz on the field. From here, unleash Cyno’s Elemental Burst and go berserk until Xingqiu’s Rain Swords duration is over. After that, there’s a noticeable drop in DPS, so it’s better to end Cyno’s Burst and start the rotation again.

The Dendro MC will keep a constant field of Dendro application for Xingqiu and Cyno to turn it into Dendro Cores, then Hyperbloom. This will help keep the Dendro application ongoing outside the Traveler’s field, allowing Cyno more flexibility outside of it. At the same time, while Xingqiu is helping Cyno with the Bloom situation, both of them will also trigger Electro-charged reactions. Finally, Fischl is a strong off-field DPS and an even stronger battery in Genshin Impact. She will help Cyno regenerate his Burst faster with her kit and the Electro Resonance.

4 Keqing + Nahida + Xingqiu + Kazuha

At best, Keqing is a mediocre DPS in Genshin Impact. There are many characters that can excel in her role, including 4-star units. However, since the release of Sumeru, Keqing has gained the ability to trigger some of the Dendro reactions in Genshin Impact. This has given a boost to her kit and made Keqing more viable in Quicken and Hyperbloom teams, due to her ability to consistently deal Electro DMG throughout the fight.

Keqing pairs well with each of the other three units in her party. Kazuha can reduce enemies’ Electro resistance, while Nahida's Elemental Skill enables Quicken and Aggravate reactions. Finally, Xingqiu's Rain Swords enable Keqing to trigger Electro-charged and Hyperbloom reactions.

3 Tighnari + Yae Miko + Zhongli + Albedo

Tighnari is an underrated DPS unit in Genshin Impact. In fact, Tighnari can rival Alhaitham in Quicken teams. However, the key difference between them is that Alhaitham has the ability to keep going with his Dendro attacks, while Tighnari’s hits are halted by his Elemental Skill cooldown. Tighnari just needs one off-field Electro unit to apply Electro and trigger Quicken to set the enemies for him to trigger Spread on his Charged attacks. Characters like Fischl, Yae Miko, and Raiden Shogun are the best Electro users in Genshin Impact to pair with him.

On the other hand, Zhongli and Albedo are there to protect Tighnari and elevate his DMG by a pinch. Both Geo users activate the Geo Resonance and further increase Tighnari’s DMG by 15% when he’s shielded, in addition to Zhongli’s resistance shredding and Albedo’s off-field Geo DMG.

2 Raiden Shogun + Nahida + Kazuha + C6 Kujou Sara

While Raiden is mostly famous for her Supportive roles that usually include Sub-DPS moments, this team exists to Support her and make sure she will inflict the most DMG possible, especially if the Raiden Shogun unlocked her second Constellation in Genshin Impact.

Nahida, basically, makes Raiden’s life easier by keeping all enemies affected by Dendro all the time, which grants Raiden super easy access to Quicken and Aggravate reactions. Aggravate alone can amplify Raiden’s DMG and elevate her potential on the battlefield. Kazuha and Sara are both in Raiden team comp to further enhance her DMG, especially since C6 Sara can grant Raiden 60% CRIT DMG. Of course, Raiden still has some downtime when it comes to her Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact.

1 Alhaitham + Nahida + Yelan + Kuki Shinobu

Alhaitham, Kuki, Yelan, and Nahida form one of the best team compositions in Genshin Impact. The combined utilities of these four units grant the team access to many Elemental reactions, including Quicken, Spread, Electro-charged, and Hyperbloom, which are especially important. It is crucial to keep Kuki as the only Electro user in this team comp to ensure that no other unit triggers the Dendro Cores scattered around the field.

Alhaitham and Kuki can trigger the Quicken state on enemies, which allows Alhaitham to comfortably deal Spread DMG with his kit. Yelan complements the synergy by helping Alhaitham trigger Bloom reactions while enabling Kuki to inflict Electro-charged DMG. Finally, Nahida can mark enemies with her Elemental Skill and reduce their Dendro resistance by 30%, allowing both Kuki and Alhaitham to deal massive DMG to enemies.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
