Nvidia's GeForce Now is offering gamers a great deal commemorating the launch of Hyper Scape by Ubisoft. The deal includes a six-month discounted subscription of GeForce Now with access to Hyper Scape’s battle pass.
Although cloud streaming is still going through its growing pains, GeForce Now is one of the more exciting offers within the space. The discounted subscription lets gamers play any authorized Epic Game Store or Steam titles they own on devices of their choosing, along with the official PC version of Hyper Scape.
Hyper Scape is a free game that does not necessarily require a gaming PC or console, but, the GeForce Now subscription allows its fans to enjoy a PC version of the game. The offer for GeForce Now along with the Hyper Scape cosmetics and battle pass access is priced at a reasonable $24.95. The cloud gaming platform can be accessed on various devices such as a Shield TV set-top box, Android, Mac, or Windows PC.
Just last month, it was announced that GeForce Now is syncing with Steam so players can access their PC games from anywhere. Moreover, this new offer allows more to join in on the improving gaming experience who previously might have been discouraged by the price or other accessibility issues. Current subscribers of GeForce Now, through the Founders tier, can also partake in the deal by stacking their existing plan with the new offer. This means that paying the new discounted price will score them an additional six months of GeForce Now plus access to Hyper Scape goods after their current plan expires. The added access to the game’s battle pass will now only cost around $4 per month, as opposed to the usual $10.
For those who are yet to begin their Hyper Scape journey, the GeForce Now offer also includes three rare cosmetic skins and one emote. And for players who want to play the PC version of the game on GeForce Now and still keep their accounts on PS4 or Xbox, Ubisoft Montreal declared that it will allow cross-progression for account management. This allows the player's battle pass progression to be taken from one platform to the other depending on what device they want to use and whether they want to play with a console or not.
There were concerns about the long-term viability of the service when developers and publishers removed their games from GeForce Now likely due to unauthorized, but other companies have embraced the technology.
Hyper Scape is available now for free on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and is slated to be a launch title for PS5 and Xbox Series X.
