There are only a handful of days left until Gears of War 3 finally makes its long-anticipated debut, and as a result, the Gears of War community is buzzing with anticipation. Excitement traditionally motivates fans to create something related to a franchise, and the Gears of War series has done just that many times over.
While there is an abundance of fan-made projects related to Gears of War 3, once in a while one really stands out as exceptional. The latest fan-created project that we have deemed incredibly awesome is a song based off of the “Brothers to the End” motto which has appeared at the end of many Gears of War 3 trailers. The “Brothers to the End” song is deep, really fits with the game’s aesthetic, and most importantly it’s actually a decent tune.
The song is played over a compilation of some of the better moments from several trailers from throughout the Gears of War trilogy, as well as gameplay clips, and it all comes together and works rather well. We’ve done a pretty good job hyping the new “Brothers to the End” song, so you can see if it lives up to set hype by watching it for yourself.
Not too shabby, huh?
The game seems to have a lot of people excited, this song’s composer Diego Fuentes included, and if anyone has read our review of Gears of War 3 then it’s easy to see why. This is the last part of the trilogy that Epic Games gave birth to five years ago, and people are anxious to see which fate awaits not only Clayton Carmine — but all of the members of Delta Squad.
This is a game that nobody is going to want to miss out on, and it is easily a contender for Game of the Year.
Gears of War 3 will be hitting the Xbox 360 on September 20th.
