It's been a pretty slow week for video game news, as the holiday season enters full swing. Today is a very special day too, as Thanksgiving is a time for everyone to come together and enjoy food, friends, and family. For those traveling or digesting, the latest episode of Game Rant Arcade is available now.

First off, Chrono Cross might be getting a remaster, if a recent rumor is to be believed. Fans of the franchise have been clamoring over the news, though it still isn't confirmed. However, there's a lot of evidence, including Chrono Cross Remaster appearing on the Nvidia Database leak and a voice actor confirming they had worked on the project.

Next up, a Mass Effect TV series is reportedly in the works. While there's next to no information about the project, it seems that Amazon and EA are closing in on a deal to get the series rolling. However, fans do have some concerns about the casting and plot, which will be key to bringing the games to life.

Additionally, Epic Games has purchased Harmonix, the studio behind rhythm games such as Rock Band and Guitar Hero, among others. The studio will support Fortnite's live concerts, which is an interesting application for its talent. Some have expressed disappointment that the studio won't be working on larger projects, though support for some of its current games will continue.

Finally, Multiversus was officially announced, with some interesting characters on the roster. Plus, Cameron and Anthony walk through their Xbox careers on the Xbox Anniversary Museum website.
