A Skyrim VR player has decided that enough is enough and tasked themselves with dragging Elenwen, the Altmer Ambassador of the Thalmor, to the very edge of the province. Given that there are so many ways to play The Elder Scrolls 5, the fact that the game is now 11 years old does not deter the community from keeping itself amused with comical endeavors. With the next installment in the long-running RPG franchise nowhere in sight, and no one really knowing when it will release, fans need to fill the time somehow.

The virtual reality version of Skyrim is just one more way that players can make the most out of Bethesda's 2011 epic. While some feel the official VR mode is lacking in some key aspects, there are mods available that do make it a much more immersive experience overall. With the ability to interact with the world and its inhabitants in a more realistic manner, the Dragonborn can get up to all sorts of shenanigans.

YouTuber The Laughing Simon has been doing just that, with their latest video showing the fun that can be had when playing Skyrim in VR. During the video, Simon takes matters into their own hands in the ongoing political war that wages on across Tamriel by dragging Elenwen all the way to the border of the province. The adventure is filled with some amusing moments, as the player grabs hold of the Thalmor Ambassador, forcibly making her trek across the cold region. Along the way, they counter enemies to fight, but also some unusual glitches that only add to the hilarity.

For those unfamiliar with the game, Skyrim's Thalmor is a council that wants to end the Empire, particularly outlawing the worship of Talos. Elenwen in particular is a rather cutthroat NPC, with bloodlust on her mind as she seeks to help her kind, namely the High Elves, gain a position of power. Given this, The Laughing Simon felt it was necessary that she not be allowed to stay in Skyrim, seeking to cast her out.

The YouTuber has done similar videos like this in the past. One shows them dragging Skyrim's Ulfrich Stormcloak to Solitude in the hope of making the leader of the rebellion apologize for his role in the civil war. They've also attempted to bring General Tullius of the Imperial Legion all the way to Windhelm, again in the hope of settling disagreements. Alas, while the videos themselves are quite hilarious, it seems the province is destined to remain in conflict.

The Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim: Anniversary Edition is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
