There are many Events, Challenges, Accolades, and collectible tasks to complete in Forza Horizon 5, with each providing its own set of rewards and perks for players to take advantage of in Playground Games' newest arcade-style driving sim.

Houses act as a starting point when booting up the game, an easy fast travel location to take advantage of, and come with Wheelspins and other perks unique to each residence. Players can find and unlock all houses in Forza Horizon 5, and find out their prices and perks, within this guide.

All Houses in Forza Horizon 5 and How to Unlock Them

With the exception of Casa Bella, all houses in Forza Horizon 5 require players to complete a specific expedition to unlock the ability to buy them. Focusing on unlocking the first expedition of each Adventure Chapter will make all houses appear for purchase as early as possible, but the exact expedition will be noted where known.

Casa Bella (Costs Nothing and Unlocks the Skill Songs Perk)

Casa Bella is free, and is gifted after players earn their first Adventure Chapter unlock by completing Accolades. Go to the purple home symbol in Mulege once the symbol appears on the map to obtain it.

Owning it provides the Skill Songs perk, which doubles the number of points earned in a Skill Chain. This can help players achieve massive Skill Chains to help toward completing weekly Festival Playlist Challenges, and difficult Accolades. Unlocking Drift Zones in Forza Horizon 5 and using a good drift car while attempting them with a Skill Song playing on the radio is a great way of quickly achieving a huge Skill Chain.

Buenas Vistas (Costs 2 Million Credits and Unlocks 2 Super Wheelspins and the Fast Travel Perk)

To unlock the Buenas Vistas house and unlock fast travel in Forza Horizon 5, the Guanajuato Expedition needs to be obtained from the Street Scene Adventure Chapter, and then completed to unlock the Horizon Street Scene Outpost. The purple house symbol will appear after this on the west coast, near the Baja California region.

It provides 2 instant Super Wheelspins, and allows players to use fast travel once the house is obtained. This costs Credits initially, but the price is lowered for every fast travel bonus board smashed in Forza Horizon 5.

To get the Lugar Tranquilo house and unlock Horizon Promo in Forza Horizon 5, the Tulum Expedition needs to be obtained from the Apex Road Racing Adventure Chapter, and then completed to unlock the Horizon Road Racing Outpost. It can be found by the Riviera Maya beach located in the northeast of the map.

Once obtained, players will receive a Super Wheelspin in Forza Horizon 5, the "Take a Picture!" Forza Link Phrase, and the ability to take part in and complete Horizon Promo Accolades by attempting to take a picture of every car in the game.

La Casa Solariega (Costs 1.5 Million Credits and Unlocks 5 Super Wheelspins, the Green Crown Cosmetic, and the Forzathon Points Boost Perk)

La Casa Solariega is actually a great bargain for how much players receive with the estate. 5 Super Wheelspins are unlocked instantly, a Crown for the player's avatar is obtained, and any Forzathon Points earned will be doubled. These can be spent in the Forzathon Shop to purchase more Wheelspins, Super Wheelspins, Cars, Cosmetics, Emotes, and Car Horns.

Forzathon Points are earned by completing the weekly and daily Forzathon Challenges on the Festival Playlist, and by competing in Forza Horizon 5's Arcade Mode. It's recommended to unlock La Casa Solariega as early as possible to take full advantage of double FP.

Once the required Adventure Chapter expedition is unlocked and completed, La Casa Solariega is located at the Teotihuacan area in the middle of the map, to the right of Muelege and the Casa Bella house.

Buena Esperanza (Costs 700,000 Credits and unlocks a Super Wheelspin, the Chicken Suit Cosmetic, and the #185 Porsche 959)

Buena Esperanza doesn't give players a perk after purchasing it, but it does provide a Super Wheelspin, the iconic Chicken Suit for player avatars, and the #185 Porsche 959, which is a great rally car that can be used for off-road races.

It is located in the southeastern portion of the map, near the Gran Pantano area by the eastern Riviera Maya coast. It will appear on the map after the Tulum Expedition from the Apex Adventure Chapter has been completed.

Hotel Castillo (Costs 5 Million Credits and unlocks 2 Super Wheelspins, and the Daily Wheelspin Perk)

Hotel Castillo is the most expensive house, costing 5 million Credits in Forza Horizon 5. It is worth the high price point, however, as purchasing it unlocks a free Wheelspin every day. 2 Super Wheelspins are instantly unlocked after obtaining it as well.

The castle is located to the very north in the middle of the map, near the La Gran Caldera volcano in Forza Horizon 5, and the Tierra Prospera area.

La Cabana (Costs 150,000 Credits and unlocks a Super Wheelspin and a Barn Find Rumor)

This cheap house is a quick way of obtaining a Super Wheelspin, and is needed to locate all Barn Find locations in Forza Horizon 5. If players want the 1968 Renault 4L from the Barn Find as soon as possible, they need to unlock and complete the Baja Expedition from the Baja Adventure Chapter.

La Cabana is located on the northwestern coast, close to the volcano near the sandy Dunas Blancas area.

Forza Horizon 5 is out now for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
