Epic Games and Disney have a solid relationship and Fortnite players are reaping all the benefits. Fortnite's expansive offering of Marvel-related skins and other loot is especially diverse, with new content being added seemingly month to month. One of Marvel's biggest franchises could easily be farmed for more Fortnite content, however. Fortnite has a ton of Avengers, Spider-Man, Daredevil, and others, but relatively few X-Men. That's now being remedied, with the addition of one of the X-Men's most beloved couples. Both Rogue and Gambit have now been added to Fortnite as Legendary outfits. The pair, known for their romance both within the pages of X-Men and in the popular X-Men: The Animated Series, is available in Fortnite's Item Shop right now. The two outfits and their respective bundles can be purchased together as part of the Rogue & Gambit Bundle or individually. Note that the Rogue & Gambit Bundle does include an exclusive loading screen featuring the two embracing.RELATED: Players Want Unique Maneuver from Fortnite's Spider-Man in Insomniac's Spider-Man GamesAs for their individual bundles, each character has a unique collection of Fortnite cosmetics. Rogue comes with the Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters Back Bling, a glowing green X. The Gambit outfit comes bundled with the Kinetic Cards Back Bling, a flashy hand of glowing cards. They're interesting choices, for certain, even if they don't necessarily make much sense removed from the context of Fortnite.

Epic and Marvel will also be offering several additional pieces of cosmetic DLC for the two characters, which is available separately or as part of the Rogue & Gambit Bundle. For Rogue, there's the Holo X-Axe, said to be designed based on the X-Men's Danger Room training facility, the Blackbird glider, and the Hands Off! Emote, in which Rogue punches an odd blue hand that appears out of nowhere. Then Gambit's themed cosmetics include the LeBeau's Bo Pickaxe, his familiar metal bo staff, the Suit Surfer Glider, which is just a purple-glowing giant ace of spades card, and the Deal 'Em Out emote, where Gambit shows off his hand of cards.

Rogue and Gambit will join a number of other X-Men already available in Fortnite. The list includes Storm and Wolverine, as well as Mystique, Domino, and Psylocke. It's probably safe to assume more X-Men will be added in time, too.

Fortnite players who are excited about the battle royale's continued partnership with Marvel will be pleased to hear that the two announced a new comic collaboration coming later this year. Fortnite x Marvel Zero War will feature Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, Shuri, and some of Fortnite's biggest stars, too, as they face off against the Imagined Order. The first comic arrives in June. Expect more Fortnite and Marvel news in the weeks and months ahead.

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and mobile devices.
