It's week three of Season X in Fortnite, which means it's time for more challenges. There are a variety of Worlds Collide missions to undertake, one of which tasks players with seeking out cube memorials.

What are cube memorials? Well, they are memorials... to cubes. They have been placed on the map to remember cubes that once stood there, and these tributes just so happen to be cubes themselves — albeit smaller versions. Players will simply need to find a single memorial on the Fortnite island to complete the mission. They are easy to spot once in the general vicinity, but we'll help narrow down the search.

One of the cube memorials can be found in Loot Lake, in the southern portion of the area. The second one is resting in the desert biome. It can be found to the southeast of Fatal Fields and to the southwest of Paradise Palms. To expedite the process further, look to the map below for exact locations.

Season X has brought a lot of changes to the Fortnite map in small doses throughout the season. The appearance of memorial cubes is one such change, but entire zones have been warped by Rifts, which are appearing regularly to mix things up. One of the most interesting changes came not to long ago when the futuristic Neo Tilted became Tilted Town and took on the appearance of a place straight out of the Old West. This new zone even came with its own set of rules: "no buildin', no breakin'."

As for other big changes, Season X introduced BRUTE Mechs, a giant robot suit that is operated by two players. It can dash, super jump, and stomp enemies and structures. It also comes equipped with both a shotgun and a missile launcher. If this sounds overpowered, you aren't alone. This is why, after numerous complaints from players, the BRUTE Mechs got slightly nerfed. Many wanted them removed entirely, but developer Epic Games doesn't appear to agree with that sentiment. We'll see if these changes are enough to appease those who took issue with it being introduced to the game.

Fortnite is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, Xbox One, and mobile devices.
