Whether it's the new Disco Domination LTM or the fresh addition of the quad launcher weapon, Fortnite fans continue to receive droves of new content during the wildly successful multiplayer sandbox survival shooter's sixth season. Now, it looks as if Epic Games is going to give players yet another vehicle to tool around in on the title's map, by having Season 6 introduce the game's third mode of transportation.

As seen in the screenshot of Fortnite's in-game "Message of the Day" menu, Epic Games intends to bring what it's calling the Quadcrasher into the hybrid construction shooter during the run of Season 6. According to a description of the new vehicle, players can commandeer the four-wheeler to "charge the boost to crash through structures or get some air", indicating that the Quadcrasher will be a useful tool in taking down opponents' defensive buildings.

For those who may have been out of the loop with Fortnite's updates for a while, the Quadcrasher will "soon" join the game's other vehicles–the Shopping Cart and the All-Terrain Kart–with the latter two modes of transportation having been added earlier this year. As of yet, though, there's no telling exactly when the forthcoming new vehicle will officially be brought into the game, but there's a decent chance it could come with Fortnite's next weekly reset.

All things considered, the addition of the Quadcrasher is yet another example of Epic Games keeping its nose to the grindstone to put out a plethora of fresh content for Fortnite Battle Royale in order to keep the title's ever-growing player base engaged. So, until the four-wheeler shows up, fans thankfully have plenty to keep them busy, and they would do well to bide their time by completing Season 6 Week 3's challenges to stay on top of the XP grind.

Fortnite is available now in early access for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
