Fortnite releases its Week 8 challenges today, offering players a new set of Epic Quests to fulfill. One of these Fortnite quests is quite literally arson, and tasks gamers with using a Firefly Jar inside of the Pizza Pit POI.

Epic Games' free-to-play battle royale title is entering the last month of its Season 6. The "Primal" themed season has seen many changes to Fortnite's map, arsenal, and overall gameplay. The sixth season has introduced a weapon crafting system, items to modify vehicles, various animals, and other major changes that the player base remains fairly divided on.

How to Use Firefly Jar at the Pizza Pit in Fortnite

In order for players to use a firefly jar at the Pizza Pit, they'll need to track down some fireflies. Luckily, there's a guaranteed spot to find them that isn't too far away from Pizza Pit itself. As shown by YouTube channel Perfect Score, the best bet to complete this quest as quickly as possible is to land at the top of the cliff just northwest of Colossal Crops. Once landed, simply search near the top of the cliff, an area where fireflies always spawn. After using the interact button to collect a few of the incendiary insects, players should head east towards their target.

Pizza Pit is sandwiched between Colossal Crops and The Orchard, which has plenty of peppers for those who haven't completed last week's quest. Throw one of the Firefly Jars inside Pizza Pit, and the quest is complete.

It's recommended players complete this quest on a Team Rumble match, as the glider redeploy heavily expedites the travel between the firefly location and Pizza Pit. While setting fire to a pizza restaurant surely won't do any favors with the Crustina NPC, this Fortnite quest is one of the easier ones, especially compared to a few from last week.

One of the Week 7 quests required players to mark weapons of different rarity, including Mythic and Exotic weapons. This has proven a difficult quest not only because of the Gold Bar requirement to get and mark an Exotic, but the map's only Mythic weapon is in the possession of the game's strongest enemy NPC yet - Glyph Master Raz.

Players who follow this guide will complete one of Fortnite's Season 6 Week 8 Epic Quests in no time. However, some players may not be interested in quests or may have leveled up to the point where it isn't totally necessary. Thankfully Epic has added more than just new quests recently, as the Tactical Shotgun and Infantry Rifle have returned to the game.

Fortnite is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
