Players can now relish in their victory as one of Marvel's most menacing villains in the Fortnite Season 4 Battle Pass.
Once again, Epic Games has teamed up with Marvel to bring fun new Marvel-themed events to Fortnite. There is plenty of new content to keep players engaged with Fortnite, such as skins, new powers, and bosses such as Doctor Doom. And through a series of tasks, players can even unlock his skin and victory emote, which is not as hard as one might think.
The first thing fans have to do is reach Tier 67 in the Season 4 Battle Pass of Fortnite to unlock the Doctor Doom outfit in their inventory. Upon completing, three awakening challenges will become available to unlock the unique "Victory Von Doom" emote. Luckily, the tasks are pretty easy to beat, but players must be wearing the Doctor Doom skin for it to count towards the goal.
Challenge 1 - Doom's Statue
The first challenge requires players to visit the Doctor Doom statue while wearing his skin. His statue is located in the Doom's Domain area of the map, which seasoned players might remember as Pleasant Park. Players can either drop down directly from the battle bus or land close by and grab some weapons first to defend themselves because the area is usually pretty active with players. Once players get there, all they have to do is walk up the steps to the statue, and they will be done with the first challenge.
Challenge 2 - Doom's Throne
For the second challenge, fans are tasked to visit Doctor Doom's Giant Throne. The throne is located near the southeast section of Retail Row at the top of the hill. The throne is made out of rocks and trees, so it might not be what comes to player's minds when they think of "throne," but it is still effortless to spot. This area is also a popular spot for players to land, so it is also advised that players find weapons first before traveling here.
Challenge 3 - Doom's Victory Royale
For the third, and arguably most challenging task in the list, fans are asked to win a game of Fortnite while wearing the Doctor Doom skin. For players to have gotten to tier 67 in the battle pass, this should not be a problem, and they most likely have a couple wins already under their belt. Luckily, if this still sounds daunting, there is an easy solution for this task. The task does not specify victories in the regular mode; players are also able to unlock this in the Team Rumble mode as well. However, it is critical to emote at the Victory Royale screen, or else all the effort will be lost.
Once three tasks have been completed, the emote should automatically be added to the player's inventory. Hopefully, this guide gives players the headstart they need to finish all the tasks in the Fortnite v14.10 update.
