Fortnite's secret questline is coming to an end, as the war between the Teddies and Gnomes is almost over. Players have played a pivotal role in the war until now, sometimes aiding one side, other times advocating for peace, but now the player has finally brought an end to the conflict.

This secret quest is even easier than the last, requiring less effort than the already effortless disarming quest. In this instance, players must simply locate the peace treaty signing on Fortnite's map and bear witness to the signing of the treaty. Doing this will reward the player with 15,000 experience.

This is more than likely the final secret quest of this season, as the previous leak which detailed these quests has been right about everything so far. That means that this is probably the last chance for players to get easy experience in this fashion.

Fortnite new mode

In order to find the peace treaty, players will want to drop in on the eastern edge of the Wailing Woods. This is the same location that many of the other Teddies VS. Gnomes quests took place, so players should be familiar with it by now. More specifically, the truce is being signed in sector D6, just north of the bend of the nearby road and in the southeastern most point of the Wailing Woods. After landing, players need simply search for the two factions on foot.

After finding the Gnomes and Teddies, all the player needs to do is stand around the table for a while and they will be awarded with the 15,000 experience. There is no need to dance or take any action, although dancing in celebration is encouraged. Though this is pretty easy, players should be weary of others trying to accomplish the same secret quest, as more and more people will be looking for it in the coming days. Some players may look down on violence at the site of a peace treaty signing, but others won't be so noble.

Fortnite season 2 is coming to an end, even after it's unexpected extension into the spring. with that in mind, players are going to be looking for every opportunity they can get to get that last bit of XP to fill out their battle passes. Given how easy this quest is to complete, it would be foolish to miss it.

Fortnite is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
