It's already well known that the Tomb Raider herself, Lara Croft, is one of the new crossover characters appearing in Fortnite Season 6. In fact, fans can unlock three different variations of her, with one based on her modern appearance and the other two based on her classic look from the original games. However, the Tomb Raider collaboration doesn't end there as Square Enix announced that her home of Croft Manor will be added to the game too.

There admittedly aren't a lot of details about it, but what is known is that the mansion isn't being added to Fortnite's map as a landmark or something. Instead, the Croft Manor will become a new adventure map in the game's creative mode. The creative mode is where players can create and customize their own maps and come up with wholly new game modes to partake in should people want a break from the main battle royale mode. Croft Manor being an adventure map suggests that it will feature its own unique game mode too but Square Enix didn't divulge any more details aside from it being added on March 23rd.

What appears to be concept art of the manor was shown at the Square Enix Presents digital presentation earlier today, which depicts the manor at night, with bright neon purple and green lights shining through the open doors and windows. This doesn't give away much, but perhaps these are meant to be residual effects from the Zero Point, which has been sealed inside of a Spire following the conclusion of Season 5.

This wasn't the only Tomb Raider news at the presentation. In fact, it was the last thing Square Enix talked about, with it arguably being overshadowed by previous announcements. Perhaps the biggest one was confirmation of the Definitive Survivor Trilogy, which had already been leaked ahead of schedule and is now available on digital storefronts. The bundle includes all three of the modern Crystal Dynamics made Tomb Raider games - Tomb RaiderRise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider - and is temporarily priced at less than $20.

Aside from that, the movie sequel and Netflix anime series were both mentioned (but there were no new details or footage), more crossovers with Ghost Recon: Breakpoint and Final Fantasy Exvius were announced, and even a cookbook was revealed. No new Tomb Raider games were mentioned, but that isn't surprising as Crystal Dynamics has implied that the next entry in the series is still a long ways off.

Fortnite is available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
