The limited-time Thanos event in Fortnite has proven to be quite popular, and that should come as no surprise. After all, the new game mode gives fans a chance to play as the Mad Titan Thanos, the villain of the hugely successful Avengers: Infinity War, and lets them destroy the competition with the power of the Infinity Gauntlet. It also lets players perform the game's many dances as Thanos, which was recently shown to Thanos actor Josh Brolin.
In a new video, IGN shows Josh Brolin footage of Thanos in Fortnite. Brolin seems amused by the footage, though he criticizes Thanos "flying" and dancing. Brolin asks the interviewer why Thanos is dancing, and after the interviewer explains that he is doing it as a way to taunt his opponents, Brolin said, "I don't know if I like that."

Overall, Brolin seems to be entertained by Thanos in Fortnite, even if the character isn't completely true to how the Mad Titan acts in Avengers: Infinity War. At one point in the interview, he even says that he wished he would have done the motion capture work to insert some of his own dance moves into the game.
The Thanos crossover in Fortnite seems to have been successful so far, and it will be interesting to see if it leads to more crossovers in the future. With a large dinosaur footprint discovered on the map since its latest update, as well as the general film theme that the game seems to embody at the moment, one distinct possibility is a crossover with the upcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Or perhaps we're due for another Josh Brolin-related Fortnite crossover instead. After all, Brolin is also set to appear as Cable in Deadpool 2, so maybe we will get to see that iconic comic book character appear in Fortnite as well.
Fortnite is available now in early access for iOS, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
