Fortnite's latest Icon Series skin is SypherPK, as revealed in a recent stream by the YouTube and Twitch content creator. Soon, fans of SypherP, and an audience that may otherwise be unfamiliar with the Fortnite player will be able to purchase and play as the SypherPK skin. The reveal of SypherPK's Icon Series skin was aptly timed, too, as Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 launches tomorrow. Epic Games may even have taken the opportunity to tease something from the new season.

Epic Games loves crossovers, obviously. It will partner with any major property that makes sense, whether it's related to comics, manga, sports, music, or otherwise. The Icon Series is a step above a normal crossover, though. The Icon Series is reserved for partners that have a special relationship with Fortnite. It includes musicians like Marshmello, Travis Scott, and Ariana Grande. It also features sports stars like LeBron James and Naomi Osaka. That SypherPK is now joining the Icon Series shows just how important of a partner he's been to Epic Games.

The SpyherPK Icon Series skin itself will officially release on September 22. It will feature three styles, including a base SypherPK style akin to how fans of the content creator will recognize him. Then there are the Empowered style and the Possessed style. Empowered gives SypherPK a scar over his eye and some fancy shoulder armor. Possessed style turns SypherPK into a glowing, ghostly villain and a proper Fortnite character. There's also an optional Onyx Mask that can be worn, in addition to a Curse Back Bling. Sold separately is Sypher's Scimitar Pickaxe and the Sypher's Strut emote.

Epic is going above and beyond just a cosmetic pack for SypherPK, though. Starting with Chapter 3 Season 4, a special Sypher's Pit Island creative map will be available. The map features a PvP zone, as well as Quests to unlock a SYPHER IS HERE Spray and an Oni Ascension Loading Screen. If that wasn't enough, a special SypherPK Icon Cup will be hosted on September 21 allowing Duos to compete to earn the SypherPK outfit early.

While SypherPK and Fortnite fans wait for the new Icon Series to unlock, they may want to revisit SypherPK's reveal stream for the outfit. Watchful Fortnite fans saw what could be some new content for the upcoming season, including floating No Sweat hot air balloon platforms, a chrome tornado, and a new scoped rifle.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 is set to begin tomorrow, September 18. Fortnite's new theme is Paradise and it's expected to be quite eventful. SypherPK's Icon Series outfit, event, and other related content are all just one part of what Fortnite players get to look forward to soon.

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and mobile devices.
