Right now, Fortnite players are no doubt enjoying the new Deadpool skin that was recently added, but as always, others have already begun anticipating what new skins could be added in the future. And one that has been discovered has some suspecting that big changes are coming to the game's story.

So far, the current Fortnite story-line has been focused on the battle between the Ghost and Shadow factions. But the new skin that was uncovered could be implying that we'll see a third faction enter the fray.

Prominent dataminer FortTory shared their findings on Twitter, specifically images of the new skin which is simply referred to as Spy. Admittedly, this alone doesn't necessarily give away anything. In fact, it might not even be a skin for players to use, as FortTory claims that it has some relation to the NPCs, meaning this could just be a new NPC who will appear in the lobby or something.

However, what has some people suspecting that there's more to it is the logo on the skin's shoulder. The logo is completely new and doesn't belong to either of the established two factions, which is why many believe that a third group will be included in the future, possibly aiming to take both Ghost and Shadow down.

Of course, we must reiterate that this is purely speculation for the time being and nothing has been confirmed, though we may get some concrete answers soon as Season 2 is coming to a close in only a few weeks.

This isn't the only skin to have recently been leaked, as one that is based on rapper Travis Scott began making the rounds last month. This wouldn't be surprising as Fortnite has collaborated with music artists in the past, like Marshmello.

And while it hasn't been confirmed, Todd McFarlane has said that his comic book character Spawn could very well appear in Fortnite as well.

Fortnite is available on mobile devices, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
