The last batch of Fortnite Season 7 Legendary Quests has arrived, and one of the final missions asks players to spoil the mole's sabotage attempt.
Only one step of Fortnite Legendary Quests can be completed per match, so players will have to play at least 4 before reaching this stage. It looks like a simple task, but as Corny Complex is the next site of the Mothership's abduction, the floating landscape makes it difficult to locate exactly where the countermeasure is.
How to Spoil the Mole's Sabotage Attempt in Fortnite
This Week 14 Legendary Quest must be completed at Corny Complex. Players can either land by the marker as soon as possible or find a decent weapon and enough ammo before making their way to the location. New weapon drops are scattered around the area, including Fortnite IO chests, if players want to take a chance looting near the quest.
The exact location of the bomb is found in the east of Corny Complex. It is attached to the outside of the previously underground IO Base, which is now floating under a green barn. This is due to the Mothership's ongoing abductions, and hopefully, it leaves the area in better shape than the recent Coral Castle changes.
As long as players follow the location on the map, they should know when they are close to the objective when a white marker appears on the minimap. There is an increased jump distance while in the beam of the Mothership, so jumping up to the floating complex shouldn't require many building materials.
The countermeasure bomb is found directly to the left of the door. Hit the required button, and the quest to spoil the mole's sabotage attempt will now be cleared for 30K XP.
While in the area, Epic Quests like build structures at Corny Complex can also be completed, or the fields can be searched for cabbages if players have to consume foraged items. It's also a perfect location to search for IO Weapons, with so many chests and IO Guards available. If they feel like braving her cloning powers, killing Doctor Slone can even reward players with a Legendary Pulse Rifle.
After spoiling the mole's sabotage attempt, players can then move on to the last step of the mission chain to confront the mole in Fortnite. The Legendary Quests will expire when Season 7 ends on September 12, when a new season and theme will be introduced to the popular battle royale.
